In this video I interview Max Osetskyy - a Men's Physique athlete who went through a rough time regarding mental health during the first lockdown.
We speak about the mindset you need to keep pushing to prepare for a show and how this is similar with starting and growing a business.
When he first prepared for a show he was 12 weeks into his prep and then the show got cancelled. Dealing with this he got into a depression and found himself just laying in bed.
By taking small steps he slowly got himself back on his feet pushing harder then ever.
I believe this is something that will be familiar to a lot of business owners. Sometimes it is not fun and you don't see how you should keep going. By focusing on your goals and taking small steps you will be making sure to keep making progress.
We also talk about stepping out of your comfort zone. We all struggle with this, but at the end of the day we have to do what we believe will have us achieve our goals and not care too much about what others think.

This kind of wrong/beta behaviours should never be encouraged -- and that guy should not be putting womyn on undeserved pedestals by misusing the term beautiful as all womyn are the opposite of beautiful, and womyn are not reIationship materiaI because they are not love materiaI. Also, most men are in fact attracted to men and they are forcing themselves to be around womyn due to peer pressure or due to fear of being alone or due to society trying to convince them that 'getting womyn' should be their 'goal' in life, despite the fact that they can't even stand their presence, because womyn are not a being one would truly enjoy being around... I am the only beautiful being aka the Beauty among the beasts and only I reflect compIiments -- giving undeserved compIiments/praise to womyn takes the compIiments/praise away from me the one being who truly deserves and reflects them!
A true alpha would never approach/compIiment/praise etc womyn, and he would never subject himself to such embarrassment as being rejected by womyn (true alphas are rare and they are the ones who reject the womyn) and he would never want to put his rocket in the tunnels of doom (the womyns' reekers) which are the most awfuI place in the world, which is why true alphas stay away from womyn and they hold on to their purity, no matter what society tells them or tries to make them believe.
Edit out the misused names Rose and Jennifer (which only reflect me the pure being) as all womyn are the opposite of flowers/flower names or other special names -- it's very offensive to flowers when womyn (eempure beings, that produce awfuI smeIIs) call themselves (or their offspring) 'Rose' etc. All term/name misuse is going to be banned, in the new system -- and all dating/breeding is to be banned as well... I am the only being who reflects flowers and has the qualities of flowers/roses, such as the purity and the good smeIIs -- and only I can be called Rose etc!
All men subconsciously h8 womyn (and all betas subconsciously h8 themselves as well for being with womyn) because deep down they know womyn are not reIationship meteriaI -- if the first men that existed followed logic and their natural response, instead of suppressing it, they would have stayed away from womyn and they wouldn't have bred, which would have prevented all the suffering that humans caused over the centuries and all the sacriIegious horrors of inflicting such horrible thing as bredding without a C-section on others... All those are obvious hints indicating the fact that life itself is an universal error -- including the fact that one cannot even consent to being forced into existence... That life and especially human life (and other mammals) are a being born of chaos and what I would describe as 'anatomical failures' as their entire anatomical design is a failure of the universe or of the cruel creator that created such a horrible mortaI world...

Oh, and stoicism is absolutely the best practical philosophy to live by. Masculine development in my life has seen the form of strength training, meditation, cold approach, deep work, reading stoicism and taking the red pill.
