Hmmm, that flag looks suspicious! Sorry to judge you here, but that flag that you have is not Made in the U.S.A., and here are the obvious reasons:
Number 1: The stars are slightly larger than your last one that was tattered. The tattered one is Made in the U.S.A. because the stars are smaller in size and are not as packed together unlike the one you are going to retire.
Number 2: The packaging is false! The company that sent it to you is undergoing a fake name to trick you in believing that it is American-Made. That card you held up for verification is a fake card and the flag's packaging is badly packaged in a plastic bag instead of something a professional flag company would do.
Number 3: No branding on the white header. On most Made-in-American flags, they would have a little sticker saying that it is Made in America and is certified by the Flag Manufacturers Association of America and known companies such as Valley Forge Flags and Annin Flagmakers. No Branding = A Counterfeit Name!
Number 4: False Reviews: Be careful! Sometimes it is always good to look at the flag before buying them! Sometimes the people on Amazon or in other stores that are manufactured overseas, stretch the truth which may make a customer feel gullible on flying a false flag. People buy the flag and expect it to last and think that it was quite a bargain, let alone they are being ripped off with a cheap off-brand.
So my recommendation is going to an American Flag Store or better yet go to a trusted retailer to get one!
