Thank me later.
The real mvp!
Thank you!

Had a newly heat pressed jacket that had a letter not completely adhered. A corner was peeling. I used an iron and ironing board and a piece of parchment paper. Worked like a charm! Thanks for posting!
I was looking for this confirmation with parchment paper
Thank you I was wondering if parchment worked!!
I did this using my flat iron for my hair with parchment paper and it worked like a charm... thank you so much!
This worked amazingly well !! I used a piece of fabric instead of parchment paper and it still worked amazingly !! Thanks allot !!
Thank you so much! I used a baking sheet and it worked just as well!! 3 of the letters on one of my shirts were peeling and this worked like a dream :))
Is it okay to use wax paper?
What would we do if the vinyl is cracking a little bit? Not big but just tiny little cracks probably from heat exposure.
Very helpful, i got a shirt as a senior gift and some of the vinyl wasn't stuck on all the way so i will try this trick :)
Thank you! You might have just saved my wife's friend's dog's birthday present! 🎉🥳
Nice video! I'm currently doing jerseys, May I ask, why am I getting bubbles at my 2nd layer in vinyl when I'm doing finishing in glossy finish teflon? My temp is 165 C ( 330 F) at 10 Seconds
So helpful, thank you!
I bought vinyl iron ons and they werent sticking correctly and ruined the pillowcase. Can I take the letters completely off and adhere to another totally different pillowcase?
What kind of pad do you use under the tshirts when you use the iron?
this worked, thank you! the edges of my logo were starting to peel, and i just used excess transferpaper from the sizor htv, and used it in place of the multipurpose paper
Thank u so much, really helpful
I tried to use parchment paper but it kept sticking to the paper and not the shirt im going to have to try and find that paper
Does this work if the letter is wrinkled???
Can u I use a Teflon sheet will this work the same
Worked like a charm Thanks
Thank you💥🔨❤️ I just used parchment paper since that’s all I had seemed to work great I appreciate this little video❤️
I find laying an old plain T shirt over the top also works
Can you use regular say paper from your printer or do you need multipurpose vinyl paper? I was made a tshirt for a team. Vut as I wore the shirt I noticed edges/large section peeling. I never have done anything with vinyl. I need to re wear this shirt for next event
i bought a velvet heat press design that was heat pressed on my hoodie i washed and made a mistake and put in the dryer and the cartoon velvet that was heat-pressed on is coming off,no adhesive to stick what can i use?
Did you wash this project before hand? I have a jersey I bought about a week ago and washed it after a workout with the rest of my clothes the stripes at the shoulders (adidas) are hanging off, would this still work or would I have to add some type of special adhesive?
Can I use parchment paper?
Parchment paper works as well which is non-stick paper it might be in your kitchen.
Would parchment paper work similarly to that multipurpose paper?
I have some pvc type material leggings (The Current mood Nancy Zip it corset leggings to be exact) I haven't worn them yet, they were in my wardrobe for about a month and I went to wear them today when I noticed a load of the pvc material all peeling off! Is there any way I can fix this? (They're sold out everywhere otherwise I'd rebuy them) Please pleeeeaase help! I will even pay If anyone can give me a solution to this or if anyone has some more they're selling in my size (a long shot I know) I'm sooo desperate to be able to wear them. Please help!
Thank you
I don't believe it......i have 2 North Face hoodies and the logos were peeling off.....I tried this trick but with a an A4 piece of paper instead as I didn't have the paper in this video, but I gave it a go and the logos are back in place! Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi mate do u mean put A4 paper on top and then iron it?
Hey can we use fevicol and then iron it????
Can I use parchment paper
I am new and am trying to do a glitter iron on. The first one was great but I can’t get them to stick at all?? Help!
I used this method and mine still is coming up. :(
Do you think you could use a normal peace of paper for the heat transfer??
Thanks! Fixed my NIKE SWOOSH!
Hey how u did it
@@amalaugustine2183 I used a towel or wash cloth on top of the bike swoosh and pressed over it with a hot iron
@@feliciau3368 thanks.
you are a hero, thank you for this video
Please help!! I have made about 9 simple tshirts with script font phrases which after one wash some words have come off / lifted. I have pressed it for the correct length of time with my red cricut easypress as per instructions of htv, left it 4 days before washing inside out on a normal 30 degree wash. How do I make sure the thinner font stays on forever?
I know some easy presses don't run hot enough. And it depends on what brand vinyl of vinyl you used
What if I dont have the paper sheet
does anyone know if you can do this to a windbreaker or how i would do it with a windbreaker jacket?
Where’s the link for the paper???????
How do get the print outs on your blog?
Can I use a pillow case?
Just wondering where the links are that you refer to?
I bought a shirt from my favorite CZcamsr O.D.D TV and after washing it shrunk which was good because it was to big but now all the letters are fully falling off and it looks like garbage now, but luckily they sent me a new one and now I’m scared to wash it, I’ll just hand wash it and let it air dry
Is there anything to do if the htv comes off the carrier/transfer paper? Like it falls off the carrier paper when I flip it onto the shirt.
That is weird- you can just lay it out and then lay the carrier sheet over it to protect it.
I bought this from a company and it’s peeling before I’ve even worn it. How can I fix it if I don’t have that paper you’re using?
What would you recommend if we don't have the paper you're talking about? Are there other alternatives?

This was very useful for me. I was one to not put much muscle into pressing. Now I have to figure out why my vinyl looks like it's bubbling (melting?) after pressing. 🤔
pkjm2616 adjust the heat temperature
I have a Roblox Backpack with a vinyl and a little bit of it peeled off
You used a temp on the iron between 3 and 4. Is that a low, heat or medium heat, or somewhere in between?
Right in between. medium! Always test on scrap vinyl and scrap fabric to get your heat settings correct!
Would parchment paper work? Like you would use for baking?
I only use parchment paper. I've done over 1,000 items including polyester/cotton, cotton shirts, drifit, canvas bags, etc.
Jude Samson any side works. 👌🏼
I'm so glad everyone said something about this. I saw another video or article that said to use wax paper. Parchment paper makes much better sense.
How do I fix wrinkly HTV vinyl on a gildan shirt? I think I may have pressed it for too long.
Anything else you can use if you don't have multipurpose paper?
4:48 She mentions that you "could actually probably use any spare piece of fabric", she just prefers to use the multipurpose paper.
A Torres towel
so when I press hard, it then leaves the outline of the iron, I try to kind of iron it out after, but just like when ironing a pleat, the bad ones stay forever!! any hints on that?
Hi Stacy, did you find out any tips on this? Would love to know x
Does it stay even after washing? I would press over the whole thing to make it consistent. You can turn inside out and press it again as well.
Thank you, it worked on my Man City shirt
Doing it with my Chelsea one right now lol
I actually just watched this to fix the letters on my boyfriend’s Manchester United shirt! 😹
Can I do it with wax paper??? Because my $15 Nike headband logo started to peel off it’s almost halfway off and I want to fix it because it was pretty expensive and I don’t wanna go out and buy that paper so
I wouldn't do it with wax paper- you can use a thin cloth (like tea towel)
Where can i print that paper for the times? i looked in your blog
In my experience it does work. 😊
Thanks it works for me
I used bondpaper😂
Gonna try this tomorrow. I just bought my printed t-shirts and i didn't know that ironing them will peel them off (worst, melts) lol😭
Good tip about looking at your products heat time, don't just Google your brand and go off what it says because Google is wrong most of the time on both time and temp.
Omgggg THANK YOU
I have a heat press and I find the very skinny delicate areas of vinyl peel a tiny bit after washing. The more solid thicker areas seem to adhere fine. I don’t get it
I was having the same problem, so I bout some square's, they come in different sizes, they underneath the shirt, and raises just the area of the place your pressing. Haven't had a problem since. Hope that helps
lupe hinojosa that helps greatly! I think the ones I had this problem with, I was folding hoodies over to fit on the press creating too thick of a garment
I ran into that problem as well, my press wasn't locking down cause of the thickness. But that's how we learn 👍
@@soldiers360 Mine actually was locking down as I adjusted it. But I was folding the hood and pouch part under creating a thicker pillow basically instead of wrapping the top layer over the pressing part. Yea all in learning. lol. I THINK that was my issue, but I have not pressed any with tiny details like that on hoodies since to test. The idea of creating a solid platform though is a great idea. Thank you for sharing
The item I purchased is called Tee Pad it!!
I have a question if you wash it and all of the heat transfer vinyl comes off what am I doing wrong.
i got same question, can someone tell us an advice, thanks for the help in advance.
Khen Escote She said early in the video that if it comes off you’re not pressing hard enough. + 15-20 seconds.
I have done 100 shirts--and then I just made one and it would not stick! Some shirts have a coating from the manufacturer. fabric softener also puts a coating on it. So sometimes if it doesn't stick--its nothing we are doing! Sometimes it might be a cheap brand of heat transfer vinyl. There are lots of things that could be the culprit!
I'm wondering if one can resort to fabric glue if the iron method refuses to adhere.
Does this work for hats too??
Does this work on glitter vinyl that is coming up?
In my experience it does! 😊

How long would you hold on a windbreaker type material?
i have the same question. did you ever find out how long?
I have a Liverpool shirt will it work on it as it's an airy shirt
did it work sir?im here for the same reason
Thx
would cookie sheets do...? ...like a wax paper? because i don't know if we have multi-purpose paper in my country.
You an use a piece of fabric or a tea towel
Tha
Thank you!!!!!!
Does anybody know if this would work for the logo on a kappa jacket
I think so
Most likely. I’ve had to do it on my kappa stuff and it’s worked
I have a pair of leggings that I’ve worn twice and a few letters are coming up and I didn’t want to trash them so I’m going to try this instead
Is still gonna come off after 2 or 3 wash
I have the same iron, and I did it EXACTLY the same way you did; however, the lettering ended up sticking to the paper. I switched to a fabric, per your recommendation, and the same thing happened... Any suggestions?
Thanks! From Erica
I just found out that it seems to work if you let it completely cool before you remove the paper. Took too ruined shirts to figure it out, lol. Good thing they were cheap ones from a carnival.
Thanks for this tip BEFORE I make the mistake. I was picturing that this could happen and wondered if it could and what could be done, if so.
Where do you buy the multipurpose paper
Tigger Lilly expressions vinyl has it
Where can I get a multi purpose paper?
You can just use parchment/baking paper! It works very well!
Hobby and craft store
i used a dryer sheet instead
I'm a 6'2" guy, and I'm pressing with all my strength, and the vinyl just won't stick to the t-shirt.
Maybe resort to fabric glue.
Too much heat can ruin the adhesion of the vinyl. Depends on what brand of vinyl you used- some knock off HTV's just don't hold up. ALSO- I had a shirt that just wouldn't hold the HTV. It had a soft finish to it and it kept falling off. I've never had that happen before ! So sometimes-it's just not fixable!
Bought a stone island t shirt and the vinyl ripped after 5 uses ... how can a brand like stonie have such quality
Because they are made in highly immoral factories in poor countries and you shouldn’t buy such products
Does this work after you wash it and something peels up?
yes! This shirt had been washed a couple times when I did this video!
A Girl and a Glue Gun what if it peels off again after you wash it
Do you think this process will work on a duffle bag? Thanks.
U
Skip to 3:35 for the solution
Destroyed by juice wrld hoodie thanks
looks like i'm the only guy here who had to watch this to fix my sweat pants that had vinyl that ripped after its second wear and wash
I ruined a $50 shirt using this method to try to re-stick. It was the Avery transfer paper that I was using. Pretty sure the Avery transfer paper is garbage to begin with. I even let it completely cool and it all ripped up on the paper.
What’s your Instagram? Lol

60 squids for delivery on a 80p piece of paper Naa lol
MY DUMBASS DID THIS BUT ON A BOMBER JACKET AND I JUST MELTED MY BOYFRIENDS JACKET I FEEL TERRIBLE OMG
