IMHO, YOU DON’T NEED THE NOTCHES ON THE BLANKETS WITH THE YARN FRINGE. IF YOU JUST CUT THE HOLES AND ADD THE FRINGE, THE EDGE WILL FOLD OVER ON ITS OWN.
