It turned out OK in the end, but it did have a fair amount of quality control and fitment issues that would put me to say they're quite a bit overpriced...especially with the recent increases (thankfully I got mine before the price change). I got a 3/4...the floor pans were incorrectly assembled, which led to to other fitment issues with the firewall and trans-tunnel/seats/fuel tank. The rear 1/2 tub was fairly decent, although the spare tire carrier holes were incorrect, and some mounts were missing for the gas tank cover. For their revised/recent price of ~$12k, it should be *perfect*, with great support and backing from CCOT, at least in my opinion...and neither was the case. It was saveable (it's just metal), but much more work/issues than I'd expect for the price, and CCOT was very poor at help to compensate or resolve it, to the point where I now avoid them for all purchases. If I did it again, I'd likely go with Aqualu, or just get one of the cheap South American tubs knowing there's work to do. There's more info on it on the IH8Mud forums here, and it didn't seem like I was alone...perhaps there was some QC issues in their later batches of tubs, not sure. bit.ly/3HmyLbS
Awesome work!
Wow looks soo sweet
Heck, it's almost done...
That is a lie I tell myself... FJ40s are never truly done.
Were you happy with the CCOT tub? I'm thinking of getting one for my '77. It's a lot of money and I've heard mixed reviews

How long was your wait on the tub from order to ready for pick up? CCOT tub?
They had one sitting in stock back when I ordered, so it was mostly a few weeks for freight. That was very early 2020 though.
