1. Judiciary modernization and elimination of duplicate levels of judgements - District, high court and Supreme Court etc. There must be one interpretation of law. If judges differ themselves, either they are unfit to understand the existing laws or sold their duty to corruption sources.
2. Election commission reform: set minimum educational qualification , exclude criminals, ban freebies during election, stick to the alliance until next election or get disqualified, unrecognize parties less than certain %of votes.
