I have no idea why your channel is so small. Great quality content!
I'm getting that Behringer as soon as possible, thank you very much!

I have the BDI-21. It's a competent little pedal to say how cheap it is.
I did however do some modifications to the one I have. First off - rechargeable battery because I use it a lot and was getting fed up of swapping batteries... Secondly I installed a potentiometer to give me control over the mid response because I'm not a massive fan of scooping the mids. bone stock the BDI-21 takes quite a lot of your harmonic content int he midrange.
the third mod I did was to add a toggle for the low pass filter, which also came with the advantage of providing a gain boost when the filter is off.

A friend has made me a rack unit with that Behringer pedal, people always think it sounds good until get carried away when they find out its that cheap pedal in a fancy rack form 🙃 I guess we really listen with our eyes right?

I would love to see that rack! 😅 the Behringer indeed proved to be a great pedal that way

Feels like the minor differences betwen those two can be matched better with a little bit of tweaking

That’s a good idea! You mean recording two tracks with both preamps and mix them inside the DAW? I haven’t but I’ll have to check it out now (: how would you mix them?

@@manualofalternativemusic sorry i should've clarified 🤣 i meant using both pedals playing through an amp but yes combining the sound

No problem! That should also be an interesting thing to try out, could work for a unique new bass sound. I just don’t know how the two analog amp simulations would work together, I’ll test it out and comment back to you (:

@@_Majoras Hi there body! Long time no see sorry 😬 I tested it out! It’s an interesting saturated tone that I got with both preamps (: would be really nice to blend in with a clean Bass and create a new texture! Hope you have the chance to test it out bro (; cheers
