- Hello Phans! We hope you are staying healthy and most importantly, staying at home during these unprecedented times. Whilst all theatres and performances have been paused in line with government instructions, the #PhantomWorldwide company wanted to bring #ThePhantomOfTheOpera home for all of its fans, with a special performance of ‘Masquerade’.
*All filming was done while company members were in isolation in Seoul. - Hudba
The actors who were dancing together with the lyrics brings me life.

Saw this production when they came to Singapore in March 2019 and really enjoyed it! Jonathan Roxmouth was an excellent Phantom, really loved Matt Leisy as a strong but also sympathetic Raoul, and Meghan Picerno has a brilliant voice and fully deserves to be Christine on Broadway, which she is now (I think Claire Lyons is currently Christine on this tour). Hope many more people will get to experience this tour yet!
I grew up knowing this musical like the back of my hand. So for my high school graduation party it was a masquerade, and we told the guests that no phantom masks were allowed because it wouldn't be original. Then I choreographed a flashmob for this song, taught my friends my own choreography, we even added the fan part on a staircase, and a crash pad behind one of the hidden steps so one could disappear and pop up as the phantom with Why So Silent at the end.

Watched the 25th version in Royal Albert Hall with Sierra and Ramin and absolutely loved the staging and choreography for Masquerade. Thank you for sharing this with us!

I really looked forward to see The Phantom of the Opera for a few years so I reserved it quickly and waited to see it desperately...But I should cancle my reservation because my mid term exam schedule has changed because I cannot go school...I'm so sad but this masqurade video cheered me up♡ I hope someday I can see this musical directly and all the sad things are over:D

As a young theatre kid I don’t feel like people remember original musical theatre I love new musical theatre don’t get me wrong however people are starting to forget about Phantom, Les Mis, Anything Goes ect. Hamilton is what got me into musical theatre properly but I’ve been listening to Les Mis and Annie from a very young age. I’ve met plenty of theatre kids who only listen to BMC, my least favourite musical, and DEH and when I see them I realise on how much they are missing out on all the amazing aspects of original theatre.
I know right! They forget the existence of more older musicals like Sunset boulevard, Anything goes, Hairspray and etc. How sad :(

I've been searching all morning to find a site to post this message of apology, gratitude and cheering, and was delighted to find the same staff singing masquerade which brought tears to my eyes (once again!), and made me stand up and give you all a heart-full applause (alone in my office, of course! lol)

goosebumps. POTO was the first live west end show I ever saw, and on this song of the show it just felt surreal to be there, which was a long dream of mine. This brings me back to that moment, so nice.

I didn't get to go see it in Seoul but it wasn't that easy finding tickets because you need a Korean bank card/ account for most purchases .
