    Just got my bike yesterday. Doing warm up/cool downs. Next is filter and exhaust and tune. Idk if I like the BOVs. Sounds like my VVT turbo in my duramax. Mine is a 2024 not a 16. Thx for the video!!!!

    very nice H2 videos from your chanel. i got a H2 recently , trying to remove the left fairing, but there are 2 cables connected the left hand side of fairing. i tried hard to dis-connect the cables, but they seem too tight, and i was noty sure if to life up or press down the connector clip for disconnecting ? appreciated if you can give some tips ? thank you.

    What did you do with the hose that came out of the purge canister to the bottom of the tank?

    Si vous remplacez la dump valve d’origine par la Turbosmart, il faudra effectuer unecreprogralation de votre boîtier électronique, sinon vous prendrez de la puissance à haut régime.

    Why wouldnt you just delete the purge valve threw woolich wouldn't need the purge valve or any of that other junk in there

    Hey, i recall in one of your vids, u mentioned it was a pain to remove the rectifier regulator connectors. Any special tools helped? I have tried on 3 occasions and failed.

    Can the BOV also be installed if you have not made any changes to the engine? i would just like to have this special sound... does it have to be configured on the control unit or just install it and drive off?

    • @Ksix1
      @Ksix1  Před 2 lety

      Nothing to configure. Install would be exactly the same. I wasn't sure why I wasn't getting throttle response and being able to run diagnostic was helpful to know what i had done wro g. I will say thay if you are going to dig into the H2 to install a BOV, you might as well tackle everything you might need/want to do while it's already open.

    What is the purpose of putting on the bov? Is it needed for other modifications?

    • @Ksix1
      @Ksix1  Před 4 lety

      I cant give you an extremely technical explanation of what it should do.... but I can say that the way the stock BOV was routed, all the unused air was rerouted back into the supercharger. By this point the air is HOT and cooler air compresses better. The new BOV removes that and let's all the unused escape. This makes sense to me. It also feels like it smoothed out the throttle a bit. Could be in my head but it feels smoother. And best if all, that PSHHHH should just rocks. Adds that extra vibe to the symphony of sound the H2 makes Between the exhaust, the SC spooling and the BOV.

    Omg I hate watching people struggle with simple stuff. Some people can do a headgasket or clutch or have half the engine tore apart and back together and all within a couple hours and others spend 2days on clamps or filters lmao. Sorry but its funny
