its more the customer base / cost , i owned a phone repair store when i was younger in australia , once the part prices became alot more expensive it was hard to find customers that would pay decent prices

I wonder how you get people to send you their devices and then send it back I’ve always wanted to send you my iPad that I’ve had for a while and I’ve been having a problem with something called screen curtain and I have a disability and I use something called voice to help me navigate the device from time to time And I’ve always wondered why do I sometimes have to turn the power button on and the home button on at the same time like I get a press and hold them at the exact same time just to get the device to give me the screen so I can see anything that’s on it I’ve always wondered what’s going on you know whenever I use the voice feature with my phone here I never get that same issue like my iPad. I’ve always wanted to send it to you and see if you could figure it out. How do you fix peoples devices like that like that, I’m just curious 1:32
