it's not working because I entered some time wrong pattern ND now it's show just one time then starts the time for 25 secs
Like many people before me have said: 1. you cannot go into Safe Mode if you don't know your safety pattern--your phone won't allow it. You'll have to follow the pinned video to solve that problem. I watched it and it works--you can put your phone into Safe Mode while it is unlucked. 2. you have to wait longer and longer times before you can draw a new pattern again. That is where I got stuck, it would take me hours to redraw the pattern again and again. Maybe the video would work if you watched it as soon as you realized you forgot your pattern and you would only have to wait minutes, not hours.
Update: I ended up doing a simple factory reset with the help of the side buttons. Since my Samsung had been synched with Google and One Drive, my photos, contacts, etc. were all saved. I just had to download my apps again and adjust my general settings.

I need your advice. when I tried this, I got until safe mode display, after which I clicked the 'safe mode' only once but I did not get the pattern dots but it said "please try again after 20 minutes". will I be able to continue from where I left after 20 minutes.? please help me.

Forgot my lock pattern over a week ago... After I called my phone carrier, etc NO LUCK... Went to trusty ol' Google & stumbled upon ur video.... Trying it now... @@sayunasoulmesseng839 I got into SAFE MODE by holding power for 3 seconds then its supposed to vibrate first (mine didn't) but then hold the DOWN VOLUME keeeep holdinnnngg. And poof it was in safe mode.

It worked for me. My Samsung suddenly started rejecting my pin. I followed the steps till the safe mode stage, restarted the phone and tried my pin again. Viola, it opened. So, it works

My samsung A04 is refusing.. It went into safe mode but when I restarted it said enter ppattern, i did then said wait for 10mins.. Then rejected paytern n now phone is on flight mode 😭😭😭n i stil cant access

i have a Samsung a23 i tried pressing the power button plus the volume down button to restart my phone but it still says I need to first put in my pin before I can restart it but whenever I try putting it on safe mode i can successfully restart but it doesn't show the words safe mode at the bottom left corner when it turns back on. Now it has said i need to wait 8 hours before I can attempt to open my phone because of too many attempts

Hello! I followed all of the given steps but the last one where Id have to put in the ˝new password˝ because I remembered my actual one, which I put in instead. However, it didnt work, and after a wait of a few hours, I put in the new one, but that one didnt work either. So i tried this and it didn't work. But then, a day later I took my phone out of my bag and it was unlocked. Have no idea how - so maybe this did work but the outcome was very delayed. So I think, thank you? After this difficult lesson folks, write down your passweord/pin even if you think it's in your muscle memory. And write down email address and password connected to your phone.

I am having this problem with an s20 plus. I only have 3 attempts left until it resets my data to factory. Very frustrating and annoying since I know my password pattern. Previously it was letting me log in with my fingerprint but that just disappeared randomly. And now when i try to draw my passcode pattern, the trail simply disappears before I can finish it, so it thinks its the wrong passcode.... any recommendations / do u think this will work for my phone? thanks.

The same thing happened to my Samsung A03 core phone. What I did was I pressed the down volume and off buttons once, and when the phone came back on I drew my usual pattern, and the phone was unlocked

Hello, we’ve followed your instructions twice but it didn’t work, for some reason and not sure how, the phone went into flight mode and I can’t get it off of flight mode as it’s still locked and wouldn’t accept the new pin. Hi, I have several questions.
1. Can this work on Samsung pincode? I have been trying the restart in Safe Mode method,, but I have tried several times on typing in order to remember my previous pin,
to the point it had to terminate me from doing so for 2 hours. I created the new passcode the moment this happens. When I try to type the same pin, after I restarted it again as how you demonstrate on 11:13, I got terminated for 4 hours.
So.. does this only work for the pattern password? Or can this work on the pincode too?
2. But one strange thing, before the termination for 2 hours, I don't see any SAFE MODE INDICATOR shown. While in fact I have already do a hard restart ONCE. Done TWICE, showing the same sign. When I check the EMERGENCY CALL SECTION, I have been logged in the phone anonymously [which might be a sign the phone is in SAFE MODE?].
That shows, and I still don't see the SAFE MODE INDICATOR on the lockscreen. How else can you see an indication that a phone has been set into Safe Mode? Is being logged in the phone anonymously also the sign of SAFE MODE?
