For some reason while I was doing this it turned on Airplane Mode. Is there anyway to go back a step?
Just press and hold all buttons to restart and then follow the rest of the procedure. The video holds all the keys to solve the issue. Good luck!

There is never only one chance. You can try more times if you can't remember, follow the video to reset the pin. You have to know your google account also. Good luck

I think you came into download mode, because you pressed the wrong buttons. You need to follor the steps really carefully. It must work, but timing is also important. Some people try 20 times before it work. Good luck

You have to get into the recovery and if you follow the video it must work. Cable to PC, hold all buttons until the phone restarts, then hold just volume up and power. Then release power button and still hold the volume up button. Good luck

Not working. It is a samsung a8. There are not 3 separate buttons. The volume button for up and down is all in 1
This video is for the Samsung A13. Anyway if the volume button is just one button, you can press it high for volume up or down for volume down. Turn off the phone and just press volume up + pwr button for 10 seconds. If it doesn't work. Press all buttons until the phone restarts, and then imediately release volume down, but keep pressing volume up and pwr button. Good luck 😊

If you don't know your pin, you can't get the data from the phone. After the factory reset, all data is erased.

You have entered Download mode, because you pressed the wrong buttons. You can exit this menu by following the onscreen instructions or by pressing and holding all buttons until your phone restarts.

If you don't have the factory reset option, you will need to use "Samsung Smart Switch" to reinstall the software or "Samsung Odin".
