I just learned that it only works on smartphones and tablets. Not on computers or laptops.

Looking forward to your tutorial. I just received my Mevo Start this evening and have been testing. I’m having problems connecting to my WiFi not wanting to accept it keeps going to Mevo Hotspot. Do I need to hardwire in? What if I’m doing a church live stream and the WiFi is in back of the alter? Or in the basement? Help. Plz

Hi joe, sorry to hear you’re having issues! I’m no expert at WiFi protocols but it may have something to do with WPA something something going wrong. I would look into resetting your WiFi router settings and updating your firmware on both Mevo and WiFi router. Try about WiFi network as well. If you’re super duper far from the WiFi router you’ll likely have stability issues. I recommend hardwiring, but the Ethernet adapter is still on pre-order. The other solution is to cable the WiFi router closer to the mevo’s position. That’s how I cheated before, with ghetto wiring from my closet Ethernet hub to my garage. 😅
