What type of transmission and How much to switch it
Im using this kit for a 350z 3.7L HR build. Your results got me pumped to get my project going . I hope the lack of vvel wont prevent getting similar results. What clutch is holding all that torque ?
VVEL is pretty important for tuning on these engines. It's a twin disc OS giken
@vpftuning5417 nice build... What transmission did you use and did u have any issues getting it to work with the stock ecu after bolting it up
370z trans. No issues at all, but i also have a lot of experience tuning swapped cars
The guages work plug in play with the trans?
Yep yep, ECU is in charge of the tach and coolant temp, which is all i really care to see anyways lol
What crossmember did you guys use for the trans?
Factory 370z/G37 bolted right on!

That’s way too much horsepower and torque for just a 7lb spring and a boost controller
15psi in the midrange and 12psi at redline. I'm using the stock ecu to drive a 3 port solenoid :)
Ok I figured, I have a manual swapped Q50 too thinking I might go this route as well
