If all this were not filmed, it would be hard to believe that you are doing it alone in your garage.
    The result is incredible!!
    Bravo

Stunning work! My partner’s recently bought a red 1993 Italian Job which had a poor quality DIY respray in 2020. It needs repainting professionally, but I did take some wet and dry paper to the boot lid in the area of the registration plate recess this week as it was a textured matt finish (!) and then two stage machine polished the whole car. It’s still terrible when you look close up, but at least it’s now shiny all over!! We’re really pleased with it, for now.
We’ve loved watching your videos and yesterday used the tip about heating the plastic wheel arch trims when refitting them to get them to hold their contour. Also we used a nut as a washer on the rivet gun to get a firmer push on the gun. Top tips. Thank you!

Keith - another excellent installment, with more tips than the average brain can handle. Thanks. - I would say £1,250 for materials, paint and power (excluding your labour) for the 'spray job'.

I think the word “nibs” derives from an Old Norse word “Nibba” meaning a sharp point. Which can also mean the end of a pen or tool.
I think your total spend on the Racing Green excluding the purchase price will hit a figure upwards of £4,275. That is without your labour costs. I hope I’m well off and you have not spent anywhere near that but I know first hand it’s all too easy to get carried away with adding a few extras into each basket when ordering pieces for a classic Mini.
Love how well the paint work has come out. You must be so proud, just take your time rebuilding everything back up on it.

When you rolled out the car and panned the camera round the front, I said “oh wow”.
Keith be proud of what you’ve achieved.
Would you consider ceramic coating the car?

Looking great Keith good work you do make it look easy but sure it isn’t. I am renovating my own mini RSP and documenting my progress and will need to paint at some point but don’t expect to get results as good as your racing green. Enjoying watching keeping the good work. @MiniJay250
