    Do static holds for until ur arms are about to give up with 90% of 1 max with any exercise 3 reps rest 6m each rep i improved bench in a week by 10 pounds i only did that no other lifts

    I stopped going to the gym and focused only on boxing and judo. However I've been sick the past 1 and a half months and my mom just told me I've gotten "very fat". I have a muscle foundation underneath so i may look larger but that hurt. Im starting a cut i guess.

    Brother Mario you could drink fruit juices as your preworkout as juice will be zero fibre and complete sugars.
    So it becomes less satiating and you will feel less full and also you will get an adequate amount of carbs.
    Although you know better.

    I’m around 70 kg - 155 lbs, 176 cm - 5.9, and trying to eat around 2500 calories each day with at least 140 grams of protein.
    I workout everyday and burn around 500-700 calories each workout.
    My problem is I am starving at night!! I force myself to go back to sleep and just wait for the morning to come up so I can eat
