    This is pure perfection indeed.🥂🥂🥂
    I've realized that some akara sellers add eggs to the mix. Does that add any special touch to the final outcome?

    • @NdudubyFafa
      @NdudubyFafa  Před 3 lety +1

      The inclusion of Egg is to increase the protein content of the Akara and also quickens the beating process for a fluffier batter. ❤️❤️❤️

    Wow, this is one of the best akara koose I have ever seen. The process alone is 👌👌👌🥰🥰👏👏. As I was watching, something came into my mind. I will try and add a bit of smoked paprika and see how it will taste like. In all, I say "well done " precious one 👏😍😍❤💖

      You can however you won’t achieve the fluffy and crunchy Akara. You’ll end up with a dence Akara (then again you might like it like that).
