Honestly I think the fact that Anthony anticipated that it wasn’t going to work probably before mark is really cool too.

Mark's all about educating and encouraging the next generation.
Being a mentor and teacher means that sometimes you need to step back and allow the student to shine.

Anthony, I have been a mechanical engineer for nearly 40 years, here is great advice. Learn as much as you can from the older engineers AND the older guys in the shops who work with the tools. Be very polite and respectful to them, and you will learn a lot of things you never learned in college and your designs will be much more successful!

I can't believe Anthony understands the mechanics of such complex things at his age! He understood things that could be implemented to improve the design! You could tell how excited he was when he saw Mark, its just so heartwarming.

What asian parents want you to do in science class
im 13, soon to go to high school and actually also pursuing a mechanical engineering job, even without learning much, I have watched a bunch of videos similar to this to actually understand what is going on, I did notice that the tube to release the pressure was probably a little too big so it made the compressed air come out way too fast, exactly why it went out of the stadium, the high pressured air got released way too fast. A way to improve on this build could be to make the release tube about 5cm smaller in diameter to release slower

As far as the final shot, you may have forgotten to take the air density in to account. Colder air, more dense, all the testings were done in the daytime. Just my two cents. But that was awesome to see.

I can see this working. Here in the Netherlands, football is the dominant sport and there are many ways to cheer up the crowd and make it more fun. Things like singers, supporters, flags, birds, music, drums, supporters on the pitch cheering up the crowd, and so on. This could be the next thing.
