Incubus is shown kissing and flirting with Schezo in less offensive ways than you would expect from either character and I'm pretty sure Lucifer is implied to be gay
Also in Puyo Puyo Tsuu for the Saturn (or PS1 if I'm remembering wrong) the Incubus in the rally mode says that the Incubus in the beginner mode is his twin brother that was supposed to be a woman or something like that, which sounds pretty undeniably like a trans man to me.
Yep! The waku waku puyo puyo dungeon manga has a plotline dedicated to Incubus seducing Schezo. Funnily enough the mangaka, Guriko Magami, wrote BL doujins
Another thing, at least according to TV Tropes (I haven't seen the cutscene myself), despite saying he "doesn't swing that way" in response to Schezo being Schezo, Lemres seems disappointed that someone "beat him to" Dapper Bones in direct reference to love.
IDK if this is a mistranslation or people going on the internet and telling lies, but if it's not then the implications are obvious.

I'm so glad to see a video like this being made. I've always seen a lot of the Fever cast in particular as sort of LGBTQ-coded, so seeing a video like this pointing this out is really cool to finally see. Thank you so much for uploading this video!
One more thing I'd like to point out is that Raffina's Puyo Puyo Puzzle Pop story has Meena fulfilling her dreams, but the fact that most of *Raffina's dream* has exculsively female characters flirting with her only further cements my headcanon that Raffina is lesbian.
