I did 3 miles 3 times a week for a few weeks, then started doing 2-2.25 miles 5 times a week for a couple weeks, and my legs and feet still hurt a lot. I also haven’t lost any weight, so that part is disappointing, ha.
Compression socks help too, during or after. Epson salt baths also help. Just because you don't see results in 2 weeks, do not let that stop you. You are getting stronger, keep it Up!! Focus on consistency, not results. You got this!
