In this video, you will discover simple strategies you can use to lose weight through walking. Walking is extremely effective and it can help you reach your weight goals fast, especially if you follow the simple strategies I share in this video.
Even though it's important to change your diet, you can actually lose weight without giving up the foods you love if you use these walking tips.
This walking video is ideal for anyone who wants to take their fitness to the next level and lose weight.
I'd advise you focus on walking alone instead of 10 changes in your lifestyle. Doing too much at the start leads to burnout and makes people fall off the wagon.
If you're not convinced it's possible to lose weight through walking, simply try these tips 2 weeks and then you'll see for yourself how effective how walking is for weight loss.

    1. Use a pedometer to track progress
    2. Walk an extra 200 steps everyday
    3. Walk on hills for extra muscle
    4. Get a walking partner for motivation
    5. Find opportunities to walk:take the stairs, park further in a parking lot ect.
    6. Go for long walks (1hr) on weekends

I started a month ago with walking for 45 minutes. After a couple of days I bought a pedometer to track my steps. Within a week of starting I was up to 10,000 steps a day. I've been doing that consistently for over three weeks and have only missed two days. I've been walking an average of about 4.5 miles a day. I've set a new goal of walking 5 miles a day. I'm not over weight but I can tell that I'm toning up. I've made my morning walks a priority. I have more energy and feel better than I have in 30 years.

Been walking 10 miles(personally 21,500 steps) a day coming from 7 miles for over a months(a few rest days). Idk how much I've lost because I don't let the scale to judge me, but the amount of complements I've been getting says enough. Even from a prior bodybuilder gave me a complement, "Looks like you're losing weight" (2 weeks of walking). From a formee bodybuilders?! That's the best complement I can ever get. Just waiting on my 30lbs weighted vest. The 10lbs i have is too light. Like, it didn't feel like I was wearing it.

Jessica Smith's workouts were more of a challenge than Leslie Sansone's, but the music and talking just weren't doing it for me. Body Project, Fitness Type and Coach Kosack with Hasfit have helped some too. I have liked the challenges presented and the music used in your workouts so far. Thanks for making this helpful video! I've had a pedometer for about a month and have only hit the 10,000 step goal 3 or 4 times, mainly while mowing the lawn. I've never really put forth an effort to hit that goal until tonight. I received a notification that I was 2,000 steps away, so I decided to step out in the backyard and get those steps taken care of. I walked back in with such a high. I NEVER get a high from exercice. I'm hoping that this high will continue because I desperately need to lose weight.

I walked 13,000 steps only once when me and my boyfriend decided to do a walk date due to issues with his car. But I was so proud that I actually walked that much. I usually do 3,000 to 6,000 steps honestly depending what I'm doing. So it was very exciting to see that I can do as much as I did. It goes to show we can do whatever we set out heart to. But yes it could be discouraging so it's better to work your way up with a little bit of progress each day. Some days I feel lazy and it's disappointing to only get in 3,000 steps. So it is something I want to work on. I want to lose ten pounds.

    • @Chez114
      @Chez114 Před 2 lety +1

Same here. I usually only get about 4000 to 5000 steps a day since working from home, but now I've been making the time to get my steps in. It sounds silly but I have a very long driveway so I walk up and down the driveway during working hours for 30 to 40 minutes. I found that I kept having to explain to passers by that I'm not crazy, and that I'm just getting in my steps. But now they're used to it and they longer think that I keep forgetting my car keys walking back and forth 😅

The easiest way to burn fat and lose weight is not exercising. Exercising is pretty hard and is not the number one most effective way to burn fat. The most effective way to burn fat is with the metabolism. Metabolism is the complex process when calories from your food and beverages are combined with oxygen to create the energy your body and system needs to work.

I currently gained about 15lbs over the pandemic, how many miles daily do you recommend I walk to lose 15lbs? I’m not in a rush but would like to see change in a month at least. Thanks for the tips. What kind of "walking" can we do to loose weight? Brisk walking or a slower pace. I gained 4.5kg this year and i need to loose it.
I started walking yesterday. 6000 both days for an hour. I think I'm not doing great

pedometer is all u need and is just keep it with u all the time not just for walking u will get extra steps. take it at work too attach to ur hip and put ur shirt over it.. nobody will see it.. 10,000 steps everyday will make u feel like u accomplished something.. and jus clean up ur diet maybe eat once a week.. walking is easy and dont stress urself with eating crash diets

10 things to quit for all Strong Men:
    1. Caring about what others think
    2. Not believing in yourself
    3. Not experimenting different ideas / solutions for problems (life&business)
    4. Not prioritizing your health
    5. Wasting your precious time
    6. Wanting something (instead write a plan and work towards it)
    7. Chasing meaningless relationships
    8. Wasting or draining your energy from beating your meat 🥩
    9. Wasting time by scrolling social media
    10. Nailbiting/nailpicking habit for good (if you do it - consider stopping it as it makes you mentally weak + affects your confidence and all other areas of your life!)
Take it easy and I hope you found one thing helpful in this list........................
