    Per my Apple Watch , lol I have been walking and closed all my rings for 21 days in a row ! 🙌🏾💫 My clothes fit better, so I lost inches , I lost 4 lbs , I drink more water, and watch what I eat more . Shoot , I’m not about to “unwalk” lol 😂😅

    I did 3 miles 3 times a week for a few weeks, then started doing 2-2.25 miles 5 times a week for a couple weeks, and my legs and feet still hurt a lot. I also haven’t lost any weight, so that part is disappointing, ha.

      Compression socks help too, during or after. Epson salt baths also help. Just because you don't see results in 2 weeks, do not let that stop you. You are getting stronger, keep it Up!! Focus on consistency, not results. You got this!

    Calories are not the problem. Ingredients are the FIRST thing you should ALWAYS look at because ingredients will contribute beneficial effects or unwanted ones. Oats are good, but you are ingesting mostly sugar and canola oil. CANOLA OIL which is a rapeseed oil is NOT good for you. Use Olive, Avacado or MGT (Coconut) oil. Gellan gum is indigestible so you are drinking water, sugar, oil and an ingredient which your body can't get rid of (gellan gum). Canola oil is responsible for spikes in inflammation, contains trans-fats, synthetic antioxidants, is GMO produced, reduces antioxidant protection, impairs cognitive function and works well as an industrial oil and has been used in candles, soaps, lipsticks, lubricants, inks, biofuels and even insecticides. Look it up if you're not convinced. So if you're wondering if these vegan alternatives are a good choice, think again. Make your OWN ALMOND milk from organic almonds or just use ACTUAL 2% milk and make your own caramel to add to your coffee, which, is nothing but sugar anyway. The Sugar Research Foundation, known today as the Sugar Association, in 1967 paid three Harvard scientists to publish a review of sugar, fat and heart research that minimized the link between sugar and heart health and cast aspersions on the role of saturated fat, a fat your heart needs. If you want to really lose weight and keep it off for good, eat REAL food. Milk either from a cow, goat or almonds is real food. READ, READ, READ the ingredients on ANY manufactured product and look up all the ingredients to see WHAT they are and HOW they can harm you.

    I’m proud of you. I’ve been thinking about this and I was mysteriously recommended to watch. I did one morning recently walk on my treadmill for 1 hour and 30 minutes I already notice more tone and my bowels significantly improved. I need to get my mindset right!
