This is very yummy.. my mom used to make it for us.. she used French Vanilla pudding tho and made homemade chocolate for topping, one of my favorite desserts. I will try it this way too.

This is a fantastic recipe to make when you are teaching the little ones in the kitchen. They can actually do everything with adult supervision, and they will be so proud when it is served.

Goodness Sarah ! I haven't had anything like this since my Grandmother died. She made something like this but none of us knew how she did it. This is a terrific recipe and I can't ever thank you enough for sharing this with us and showing me how it all goes together. I am going to bring this to my next family get-together !!!! I know it will be a major hit but I also know I'm going to not wait, and I'll definitely make it this weekend for Sunday dessert !!!!! Sarah when I do mine I will have my last layer consisting of the graham crackers and then pour my chocolate icing over it, that way it looks very nice and neat!

From Sheila: if you stop with a graham cracker layer on top, instead of pudding, it's much easier to apply the chocolate frosting...just a tip.

Here's a hint from a pro of oops, keep on hand unsweetened can of condensed milk. It is thick enough to be added to the whipping cream, and it will not affect the flavor.
