Not EVERY Solitaire field is solvable. Just to make that clear
😮
It's solvable when you do the right move
@@srjtamang10 For a "standard" game of Klondike (of the form: Draw 3, Re-Deal Infinite, Win 52) the number of solvable games (assuming all cards are known) is between 82-91.5%. The number of unplayable games is 0.25% and the number of games that cannot be won is between 8.5-18%.
@@srjtamang10 In general, you would play a software which will provide you with known to be solvable deals. depending on the softwares configuration. Random Deals are not always solvable.
@@marcelhustleassel8776 I just played a game where all red Kings were hidden behind 2 visible black queens, I need to get past these black queens to win the game, is this solveable??
Came here wanting to learn solitaire but I left wanting to be your friend
Many of these tips sound extremely logical, yet for some reason I needed to hear them here, and although I did personally knew a couple (like always prioritizing your game field), there were a couple more that I decided to follow because I was simply not doing it right. I'm getting 90-95% rate of won games now, versus like 30-40% before lmao. Thinking of the moves "ahead" to resolve any cards on the game field, along with trying to dig the deck for the aces first, is what helped me the most.
Your editing is actually hilarious lmao
Thanks for making this, weirdly hard to find a decent beginner solitaire strategy. Your tip about focusing on long stacks unless there’s a king was exactly what I was looking for! I knew there had to be some reasoning behind which stacks to focus on uncovering. Thank you!
“What up gamers” is probably one of the least fitting openings for a solitaire video lol. I love it
Edit: just finished the video
“Especially if there’s an undo button” lol yeah you deserve a sub
8:41 the red 8 from the pile can go down to the playing field. It will allow you to move the black 7.
Also, only take from the deck if the card from the deck facilitates uncovering cards on the playing field. Otherwise, you can set yourself up for failure down the road if you draw a red 5 down that you didn't need to play, then later on you uncover a red 5 and can't move it.
Nvm, you just covered this idea during your exampel playthrough with the 10s. Good strat. Pretty much all of the same strategies I use when I play. Great video 💪💪
I really don’t understand this
@shogze try to solve the cards on the table first before using the ones in the deck.
Thank you so much! I kept taking cards from the deck without any strategy...
Bravo! I’ve been playing Solitaire for years and I was terrible at it. My guess is I averaged winning 5% of the time. After watching your video and following your guidelines I now have a six game winning streak. I can’t believe it. I feel dumb that I was so awful for so long. I’ve watched a handful of videos in the past and they were pretty much worthless. You were super helpful and very entertaining. You made me laugh a lot. Thanks so much!
Doing hard is more like playing IRL. There is no possible way to win at solitaire every time. However, if you choose 3 cards and can remember or write down cards, then you have a much better chance. You are able to see all 3 cards at a time. Being able to see 3 cards at a time you can shuffle thru the playing cards and be able to better strategize a plan on how you're going to place the cards. Generally, you place all cards you can that are on the field in their places, then shuffle through them once to see where all cards are. From there you can place cards accordingly. You will still lose sometimes but have a much greater chance of completing it.
Thank you. This is less complicated and Han some of the other vids I’ve watched. At least yours us logical and you have an adorable dog! ❤
Screaming at you putting Lizzo on screen for a black queen 😂😂😂
Thanks literally got it on the first try after watching this. The tip about the short and long stacks helped a lot. Mine was a little tricker cause it was called "rigged solitaire" which means it only had 3 kings in the deck instead of four.
I'm late to your comment, but rigged solitaire sounds worse than actual prison solitary
Your tip took my losing games and turned them in to winner. I SolSuite on the computer all the time. I play in Reverse as well. Thank you for adding to my bag of tricks to win the game. Now my lost games are wins. Thank you.
This was so helpful and Onyx is hella cute!! Thank you queen!!
Won 3 consecutive games after this. Thank you X
3 consecutive losses
My favorite starting setup with my 3 card draw, is when I can't move anything in my tableau and then when I rotate through my stock deck I can't place anything into the tableau or foundation pile. Immediate loss.
Also, a lot of time you're stuck choosing between two tableau piles to open up a hidden card (like two red 10s and a black jack elsewhere), picking one over the other can cause you to win or lose the game. I've had that happen plenty of times.
Good tips but even with all that there are many games that can not be solved. So you can not win every single time! Only play apps that allow you to restart the same game so you can play every game until you solve it. Or if you can’t solve it make sure you understand why you can’t.
show me with draw 3 solitaire You missed a lot of moves that you didn't have to pass on.

Sorry guys
At the 12 minute mark you moved a pile headed by a black queen onto a red king that was new from the deck. Then you said that was probably a mistake and you undid it. Can you explain what about that move felt like a strategic mistake? (I think I would’ve done the same thing, so I want to understand my own mistake).
This is a really great question. Looking back on it, I don't actually see anything wrong with it. What I'm looking at right now is: do I have all my Kings out? Yes. Do I have all my Queens out? Yes (i.e. is there any chance a black Queen is hidden in the face-down stacks or deck and will need a home on that red King? No). Is moving this Queen stack going to affect my chances of finding a home for my missing 9, 8, 4, and 7s before I move them to the ace piles? No. So honestly I don't think it would have ruined my game at all as long as those were the answers to my questions. I think I was just tripping in the moment lol. Thanks for bringing this up!!!
@@ArbdogI understand that this is two years old, but I'd like to expand on your answer. Moving the black queen is a useless move. It's an open card. Moving the queen doesn't really cause a problem, much in the same way moving up 2's don't matter. However, it's excellent practice to not make usless moves because you might end up locking a card that you need later on. Say it was a red 5 you moved, then you find later on that you really need to move up the black 6 and you've got it locked now.
Great video!! I have a question though. At 8:36 there's an 8 of diamonds after the the 9 of spades which could have been used to move the 7 of spades. Was that just a mistake or was there a strategy for not moving it? Thanks.
If you play in easy mode you will win every time. That’s why it is called easy. If you play hard mode I’m thinking you could, in theory, win 80-85% of the time. There are some draws that can’t be won, no matter how good the player is. Most of your strategy is correct, but i wouldn’t cover a 3 with a 2 until it is absolutely necessary at the end of the game or you have two 3s to work with.
I've been trying to win grandmaster for about a week straight. Great video, I'm gonna give your method a go 🤞
BTW, hot af! You shouldn't have any issues finding the king you're looking for
i am resting between sets in the gym and i got stuck in solitaire 3rd game in a row so i guess im taking a 14 minutes break now
Do you ever play solitaire clash? I literally looked this video up because I want to get good and win money but it’s hard af😂
Fabulous thanks. Improved my game immensely! Wondered if you would do a 3 card draw tutorial? 🙏❤️
Here's the 3-card draw video: czcams.com/video/0u7NTpbzIh0/video.html :)
Cant say the same
Subscribed! Thank you for this video. Also, how do you check how many hours you've played of Solitaire?
I don't think you can unless your game has a tracker/you check app usage 😅 I think you can just feeeeel when you've put 10,000 hours into something hahaha (but also that's just a phrase so I can't guarantee I actually did 10k)
One of the rare ones that doesn’t have crazy eyes. Marriage material.
You are sooo funny and very entertaining. I loved your tips and tricks and I am hoping to at least win more often at playing solitaire. Thank you!
I thought this was going to be something it wasnt in the best possible way, your dry sense of humor had me lol
Hey I'm playing Solitaire online for the first time and your video helped me win. Thanks for the tips
The tips work in reverse also. Now to figure out three draw. Off to my next video.
How often do you win with draw 3, which is the way the game was originally played?
I’m 72 always played a 3 card draw, easily won with 1 card.
At 4:05 could you have placed the 10 Hearts underneath the Jack of cloves? I am learning to play, played my first game yesterday! So much fun. 🤩
I definitely could have! At the time I felt it was too risky, because I had so many cards face down still in my stacks. The nice thing about 1-card draw is that the 10 isn't gonna go anywhere :) it'll be there if I change my mind and can't find a 10 in the stacks!
Thanks, it was helpful, and I finally beat the game for the first time ever 😂😂
Try playing with the three stack and a time limit I don't understand if you say you're such a pro that you picked easy and then you only did Show one card. Contradicted yourself to me honestly
You’ve legit made me money from these simple tips, thank you so much bc
These techniques really worked.
Thank you
lol died @ the black queen
Like #3000! I couldn't have done it without you, Ash. Thanks for a terrific explanation.
Now that I'm well-educated, it's time to rake in that sweet online Solitaire dough.
I'll keep you posted.
Edit: your name is not Ash, I remembered it wrong. Sorry, Arb!
Not gonna lie u are funny as hell. I liked the vid very much. Some days ago I started playing this game after 10 years. It is so much fun!
Liked this video very much. I have been playing the Solitaire game on my iphone for years, Played just under 30,000 games. Your tips match up with the playing style I have derived from play although you are more restrained in taking plays from the deck to the playing field. I play exclusively draw 3 just because I grew up playing that draw.
I am fascinated by the fast times I see when I look at the top ten players for each deal I play. I did not think a human could play a 100 move game in 25 seconds but I did see a CZcams video where the player did just that. Used two hands and did it on an ipad (draw 3) which gave a bit more room to move. Have you tried a game for speed?
25 seconds?! Wild. I have never tried to do a speedrun but I might work on that now! Appreciate your comment :)
@@Arbdog Very much a fan of yours. Look forward to your postings. In watching this speed demon at work I can give you some hints from my own experience. My fastest time is 46 seconds. I did that by starting with a game that flowed quickly and easily and took about 100 moves. The game software I play is from Mobility Ware the 2020 version. It allows replays. I replayed the game maybe 40 times getting faster each time until I hit the wall. Watching the CZcams video I could see that the guy who did it had repeated this draw many more times than me. Also using a larger touch screen than a phone and TWO hands was key. In the controls he must have activated Tap to Move and Quick Play. I have a glass screen on my phone and sometimes I have to work to move cards. Another plus for the ipad. Here is a link to watch this guy do 29 seconds - czcams.com/video/SwjmJSG18Hk/video.html.
Could you do a video on solitaire cash?
I use this tricks but most of time somehow manages to stuck at any point 🙂
all I did was play the game few mins when I had time like on the train, went from wining no games on the easiest mode to winning 5 games after a few tries on the advanced mode on my phone after 2 months of just feeling it out, didnt bother going online about it until recently. Super fun, love using actual bycicle cards it makes it so much more challenging and think I'm gonna learn to play clock solitair next :)
Hi there.. Will your strategy when not moving a card down from the pile even if it fits, will work with 3 card draw like in most games playing for money❓. Thanks much 💫
Hey again. Gonna send this to a friend who plays Solitaire for cash in Solitaire Cash app I think.
~Also forgot to tell you - I L😍VE ONYX!!! Beautiful boy, awesome name! I share my life with my canine hoodlums3 presently - a GSD boy named Raja, a Rottie girl named Ursa and a rescued Jack Russell mix who came to me with name Cassie.
~~The longest canine pal I shared a beautiful relationship with was my Black Lab named Luther. He was also gorgeous, intelligent and a sweetheart. We were blessed with 14 wonderful yrs together. In all those yrs, we were also blessed w/zero health issues other than sensitive skin and he cut his paw during a long hike in the woods. Everyone loved that boy rt along with me. Being used to GSDs mostly, when I got Lu at 7 wks, I had protection concerns, like would he if needed? Omgoodness, how foolish of me! He showed me on more than one occasion! Hence, from a boy who usually loved EVERYONE, if he didn't like someone? I trusted his judgement 100% bec he was ALWAYS right!
~~~The best to you and your Onyx - all ways and always - from me n mine. 🙂
You're so sweet! Thank you for sharing. I also had a Rottweiler mix when I was young, he was the best. So sorry for your loss, but I'm glad you were able to have such a wonderful blessing in your life, and continue to have more. Onyx is my entire life so I appreciate your words. All the best to you & yours 💕
@@Arbdog Awwww, thank you! How old is your Onyx?
~Luther passed away many moons ago, so thank you but have lost many a doggy, kitty and birdies over the years... One of the hard parts of life, right? = letting go of those who love.... but they are a permanent part of our all, a blessing, forever.
~I hear you re Onyx being your whole life. Back when I had Luther, he was my only canine companion for most of his life, so we were def super tight, he was THE most trained dog in my life EVER bec we were so close and I could devote so much time to him. He was also very spoiled and he spoiled me right back! 🤣
~~Ursa is my 1st Rottie as I have always been attracted to them too. ALL dogs rock, but ya, we each have certain breeds that call to us I think. My Raja will be 4 come Oct, got him when he was 6 wks.. Cassie will be approx. 3 in Nov.; adopted her when she was about a yr. old. Ursa will be 2 on the 9th of this month; got her when she was 8wks..
~~~There are def diff benefits to having just one, then diff bennies when live within a pack. But anyway, nice chatting with you Solitaire Queen!! Hugs and waggy tails to you and The Onyx Boy from me n mine! 😊
@@Arbdog P.S. Just sent you DM in Twitter since I was curious if you are there. Yep, you are! I only do there and here re social media. More people need to know your SOLITAIRE SECRETS! Okay you, bfn! 👋🤠🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

thanks arbdog, love the vids
not sure if you meant to be this hilarious, but i laughed way more than i should have while watching a video on how to effectively play a game i only play to get out of doing productive things.
Just learning this game. Thanks for the tips!
After failing over and over, I decided to look for help. The very next game after watching this, I won. Coincidence? I think not! Thank you very much!
So why did you not put the red ten on the black Jack? I thought you said play every move on the field first. I love this game trust me. But am I missing something from that lack of move?
“A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.”
wow that actually worked for me, thank you for the tips!
This tip is awesome.
With the help of this video i was able to win my first ever solitaire game.
Much love and respect to you sweetheart.

Beautiful and smart. Thanks for the video

Also, you actual seem like you would be the so much fun and your hilarious. Love your energy. And of course your gorgeous, so you betta werk!!! Lol!! #SolitaireBestie right there!!
Could you have put down the red 8 at 8:37 or is there a reason to not put it down?
That’s what I came to ask. Then she could have moved over the black seven, playing everything possible in the field per her own rule.
At 10:40, she is wishing she could move that black 7 pile.
I think she got lucky. Have to try and see.
You're so funny😂 and I've leveled up my knowledge of this game. Thanks❤
Wrong.
Dropping straight truth. I didn't know any of those things about her before seeing this. Damn.
Awesome creativity in the video!! Loved it.. helpful...!!
Def earned my sub. You go queen! Thank you 😊😘
Thank you for the laughs and insights
Thanks to you, I have won a few extra dollars at solitaire cash 😂😂 good looking
I really love your energy
When you only have two face down cards left, you are 100% sour to win. Because it take tree face down cards to lock the solitaire!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge of solitaire!

I never thought a solitaire video could be so entertaining! You are hilarious!
i cant be your king but i can be your knight and shining armor
Have you play when the deck drops 3 card rather than 1? The strategy has to change then because card get locked behind the top card
I just beat it for the first time! Thank you!
if you don't give that dog some love right now
I absolutely love your attitude!!!😆😆😆
Sure you can "win every time" when the computer gives you a winnable deal. Would love to see strategies to win every time when playing with a human shuffled deck. Plus what is this Draw 1 business? Draw 3 is the real challenge.
Go watch my draw 3 video and then get a life lmao
@@Arbdog video is titled "How to win at solitaire every single time!" That implies any deal is winnable. How am I at fault for believing your video title?
@@panda5122the title assumes that the reader will bear common sense and realise that it means "how to win every time (assuming a solvable deck)
At 2:30 you said to take cards from the smaller stack if there are King’s on the playing field but then at 9:05 you take from the bigger stack?
It's so hard to learn with you honestly ur eyes and personality are to distracting I have to look at something else just so I can learn but ur tips are very valid I knew nothing allwayz getn stuck until what u just taught :) thank you. It should be there now 😁😁
very helpful, thank you!
The existence of levels from easy to hard (to unsolvable) means that the programmers have pretty good information about which field is how complex. I have the impression that the „hard“ fields can be solved only by unconventional non-textbook moves where your strategies do not work. Some fields are in principle not solvable, so you cannot win every single time.
If you were playing 3-card flip (vs 1-card) would you still pass by those possible moves from the deck when there's no second move from the field available??
thats cuz ur doing 1 card draw. thats so easy in comparison to 3. im just as much a master as u. i played solitaire and freecell all day every day growing up. freecell was funner
