@@RYL_G I’m 22 so my sole patch is not super full. But I can grow a decent beard if I let it grow. I’ve rocked a full beard and mutton chops before. This will be the first musketeer style beard I’ve ever worn and I love it the most. Definitely suits my face and look great. Just a bit more matanince to keep it looking clean.

Hi Jason. I called my beard a Layered Goatee because of the three different lengths. Maybe you are saying Mask because the sides are so short and there is only a goatee left? @@RYL_G No I haven't seen the monkey tail video but will look for it. I called it a mask because a channel described it as so. I'm a relatively new beard guy. I started about 3 years ago on my first try. I always had a mustache, but didn't try for the beard because I had patches that wouldn't grow on on side of my cheeks. So I started with the goatee. Its getting longer . Its about 7 inches of white with very few black streaks. Matches my almost completely white hair.
@@jasonlindsey9946 Nice. I seem to change mine many times over months and years. Grow, trim, cut, change styles etc. When I find something I like it may last for 6-12 months and then I cut it and start again. Enjoy.
Sorry you didn’t learn any precise and useful information. With this style it is up to you. On the sides I went right down to skin using a shaver with a foil. For the longest length I just let it grow long. For the remainder of the goatee I usually shaved it with a beard trimmer down to the lowest setting even not using a guard. I left the centre and then cut down the sides often but only cut the goatee area around the centre long part every week or two. Hope that helps. Hope you enjoy some of my other Crazy Beard Shaving. My son thinks my beard looks are fun and funny and that I’m a bit nuts. It’s fun though to embarrass my wife and kids sometimes. They tolerate me and help me! 😄
Ya, on me at least, I needed the stache to be the same length as the rest of the goatee portion. I tried to leave the stache part long but it didn’t look good on me. Too thick. I like the three layers though. Thank you for watching!

I love this one! I’m growing a goatee and keeping the side shaved mustach trimmed and chin long
After a while I shaved a bit shorter below my lip so just the chin part was long. Good luck.

I agree. It takes a bit more work but not so much if you use a trimmer w guards! Good luck. Have fun with it! I change mine up all the time!🤪
