Today at ten in the morning, while I took care of my own business, I saw a woman sitting on the terrace of the cafe. she was alone, smoking continuously.
And she was crying.
Alone.
For a moment, I wanted to go talk to her. For an instant.
That only happens in the lyrics.
Immediately, I remembered three songs that i dedicated to this unknown woman who cried alone.

These guys are my most favorite band ever since I first heard them over fifteen years ago. You can really relate and understand what they are singing about.

If you play this song followed by “Queen of the world” by the Bottle Rockets it tells the story of a man returning home to his wife/girlfriend after sitting at a bar feeling bad about the fight and I like to think the two songs are telling the same story from two different perspectives.

Meh country music . Great musicians but the lyrics are all the same theme. She got the mine I got the shaft. Overly corny and predictable. That being said the music is good.
