Zafira M32 Gearbox noisy

Hi Guys,

Great job, thanks for sharing.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 As a Meriva VXR owner I watch this video with interest. My box whines in 5th (very slightly and only when hot), no gear stick movement on throttle on/off, but it’s stiff across neutral sometimes not centring, other than that it’s perfect😂

Should the bearings be set to 0mm or +0.10mm or more? What should the bearing fit in M32 be?

Says job is not for the home mechanic because bearing cases need shimming. Doesn’t do it himself either on the customer’s car.
