I don't think Billy CAN sing like that anymore. My theory is that because he used to sing this enthusiastically, his voice kind of went out around when Adore came out. You can tell 'cause now he sings from the back of his throat, and it's a weird nasally sound.
Dan Finlay it was a bonus feature on the "Vieuphoria" DVD if you can find it. Not a full concert as such but an hour long compilation entitled "The Lost '94 Tapes"

Best band ever. Seen them 4 times since 2013 and the reunion show was amazing. Just wish I was old enough to see them in their prime.
