Thank you so much for watching. I do feel that the pound cake tastes better with 5 eggs, rather than 6 that they state in the recipe. I have now cooked it a few times since. I hope you'll enjoy making it if you do! It is easy and tasty!

Have you read The Cottage Fairy Companion: A Cottagecore Guide to Slow Living, Connecting to Nature, and Becoming Enchanted Again, written by Paola Merrill? It strikes me as a book you might enjoy.
