Great tups looking at the max 10 and a 3652 for my TT02. I got my Porsche GT3 and the THW1060 was DOA. I get no power to the reciver but when I put that reciever in my buggy its fine. So i got the multimeter out and for sure its dead but I live in Malaysia and brought it in Canada at Big Boys with Cool Toys so can be bothered doing a claim.
Does the Max10 g2 esc (140a) come with xt60 or xt90 connector? (Website shows xt60, in your video xt90). Thanks
XT60's are installed on final production units. Most of these are used in Medium duty setups so an XT90 may not be what users have. Those that do, are usually familiar with big power needs and can easily replace the plug on the ESC.
Can I plug a standard sensor cable into the G2 (with an adaptor maybe?) or am I restricted to using motors with the new sensor cable?

I have this.. however, unlike my older max10 which is still doing fine until today, my G2's BEC seems to not working at all when water gets in. Gotta wait for few hours until it starts powering my receiver again. Is this normal?

so, here is my kicker: would you be able to run the G2 with a none-sensored motor after disabling the "Motor Thermal Protection" ?
im asking because i have a similar motor laying around, and the G2 since the original motor is shot i was thinking to hook up a similar motor..
They work fine with Sensorless motors as well.
@@HOBBYWINGOfficialjust installed max10 g2 140a into my losi dbpro and it cogs like crazy. It’s unusable. Didn’t change gearing or anything, actually geared it low for thermals and it still sits still for seconds at a time

I might the Max G2 140a 3665 2,400KV combo for my Slash 4x4 Ultimate and maybe my Hoss. but i'm a little concerned that the 3665 motor won't fit a Slash 4x4 LCG.
It squeezes in our own testing 4x slash.
It has a simple "DIY" electronics mounting plate made from a piece of some polycarb/lexan, and does not use the stock ESC or RX mounting.
Next time we come across a fresh 4x slash we'll be sure to get some install videos done.

@@HOBBYWINGOfficial thank's a lot for your quick response. Would you recommend the max10 sct or the max10 g2? 🤔 Only asking because the original Dynamite Fuze combo in the Losi Ten SCTE had 130A and 3800kv and the motor cables unsoldered and after soldering they didn't really work anymore 😆
I have just purchased the 3665 G3 motor. I already had a 10 bl120 sensored ESC. The reason for my purchase was because I saw an adapter cable for the sensor port. However the adapter would appear to be a female adapter. Are these new G3 Motors not able to run in censored mode on an older style sensor ESC? Or is there a different adapter cable (female to JST)that I'm not seeing available anywhere?

Yes. The G2 "Sensored" Max ESC's also (like almost any HW ESC) run "Sensor'less" as well.
Can you use this set up with a Spektrum receiver?
It doesn’t matter what reviver you use
I can use the 80a with the 3665 4000kv motor in 2wd 1/10 SCT in 2S???
It would be better to go with the 140 , but depending on the overall setup, "might" be okay with the 80.
So i know this is old but i run the 80a with the 4100kv motor on 2s in my slash and it absolutely rips, Just as fast as my friends vxl and the power delivery on the hobbywing is exceptional
are they good for crawling

For many, "anything" works okay in a crawler, and sure, sensored will be better for sure. But an Axe or Fusion setup would still be our suggestion.
hai Sir, Can it be programmed using the WiFi Express module?
The OTA is Bluetooth.
The Wifi Express was discontinued a few years back and "Does not" work with the ESC's replaced after the Wifi Express was discontinued.
Can you replace the fan?
Yes. And aftermarket fans only on top with a 3d printed adapterplate.
