My 102 year old grandmother passed only a couple of days back, no celebrity by no means. But to my family and I she was an incredible woman. I will always miss you… 🙏
🙏
102 makes her someone to celebrate. My condolences to all who loved her.
@SHANE, I PRAY OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN AND THE HOLY SPIRIT COMFORTS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!!! OUR TIME HAS BEEN CUT FROM 120 TO 80 YEARS, SO YES SHE WAS BLESSED TO BE WITH YOU ALL SO LONG!!! PRAISE ABD THANK OUR FATHER FOR HIS GRACE AND MERCY!!!
R.I.G. GRANDMA!!! PEACE AND JOY TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!!! 🙇🏾♀️🙇🏾♀️🙇🏾♀️💝💝💝🕊🕊🕊👑👑👑💐💐💐
Sorry for your lost of grandmother, what a blessing to live to 102 years old.
I know she will surely be miss.🙏🙏🙏
What a woman to have a family that loved her so much. Blessings to you and her entire family for the celebrated life she led.🙏🙏🙏
Anyone living pass 80 is truly blessed, they lived a long life
Amazing how time flies….
Actor Robert Ulrich would have turned 75….
Good actor who I miss
Dan Tana(prob misspelled)…. Use to watch that! The red Thunderbird 🦅🚘
@@orlandojohnson5742 and before that he was in the tv version of SWAT, then after Vegas, he was the first actor to be Spencer for hire.
Multiple Myeloma is a painful cancer; my father passed from it. So sorry to hear of anyone getting it.
🙏
R.I.P. Wanda Young a great singer member of a great group.
Agreed...I wish we would have heard more about her. This would have been so fitting since she was a member of the first Motown girl group that achieved a #1 hit song. We tend to forget those who paved the way and focus on those who capitalized on other’s success.
Loved the Marvelettes. Always upbeat, fun songs, great to dance to.
This video does a good job of honoring the deceased in a very respectful way. Much better than some of the other ones do.
I agree they don't trash them while paying tribute to them
As a long time bassist, the passing of Phil Chen is a sad thing. Mr. Chen played on so many great songs from the 70's and 80's, a lot of fantastic instrumentals that made me want to be a really good bass player. A lot of his greatest work was so far under the radar that he was clipping the tops of trees...it's now time for a listen to some of his best playing with Jeff Beck. R.I.P.(Rock in peace)!!!
RIH Angels!!!! My mom died of Covid-19 on Dec 21,2020. I miss her soooooooooooo much
Thank you for your tributes. They are always so beautiful and respectful. Still always love the half-staff mentions especially.
Happy Heavenly birthday: Robert Urich, 12/19, Maurice White, also 12/19 & Corey Haim, which is tdy 12/23. RIP everyone.💐✝️🎄🌻. Thank u Legacy.
Wow! Back in the early 1990's Phil Chen and I would occasionally eat dinner together. I am so sad to hear the news. Thank you for mentioning him.
I loved the Marvelet’s RIP.
At least several were able to live a pretty long life, while others weren't as fortunate. RIP to all, again thank you for the respectful way you do these videos. ❤
Thank you for sharing their story. God bless those who have served or are serving. My thoughts and prayers go out to the families.
To survive 98 years and get taken out by Covid is just obscene
Not if it was the vaccine that did it.
I AGREE WITH WHAT YOU HAVE SAID SAM . ROB.
And I heard about one of my favorite Music Teachers passing away. Her name was Catherine Painter and she was 90. She was a wonderful singer and taught Chorus 1 and II. I was in her class one year but 42 years later I can still remember singing in Latin. I can remember Gloria Patre Et Filleo. And she would tell us what it meant in English.
I feel sorry for this young generation growing up in a time when movie musicals like chitty chitty bang bang are no longer being made
Me too. They are missing out on so much
Seems that the media loves finding something "wrong" with the old musicals and plays. Only the pc and "woke" types are being acknowledged. If they discover someone "might" be conservative, there goes their credibility.
@@Jinka1950 I COULDN'T AGREE MORE GERALD AND JINKA . ROB.
@@virginiaconnor8350 That`s the problem, they wouldn`t make them now because they are "too white" or not "diverse" enough. Everything even movies made about time periods when there wouldn`t be any real diversity like something set during say the 15th century STILL have to be full of "diversity"
I was just thinking, many of these people have been around since I can remember, and in 10-15 years, if I'm still here, I might watch the year end deaths and not know a soul, because I don't bother with most movies, shows and music made now, and no longer have my dad watching sports when I'm visiting to know who anyone is there, either
Hard to believe that Dick Van Dike is still going strong.
We are loosing so many great people that we could not ever replace.
Betty White is a centenarian.
When either of these goes, there will be a national day of mourning,
The fiber of exceptional and unique which allowed us to take everything for granted and feel everything is going to be alright.

Yes can't forget Betty White she is a very sweet lady and her 100 birthday is coming up congratulations to Betty.
The years are swiftly passing and taking loved ones with it. We appreciate what they left behind, truly scrumptious, we do. I also again appreciate this video because I would not have known about their passing otherwise. Also, you provide information on people I was not aware of that I will be looking into like Tallchief achievements and the cause of Corey Haim's death which I thought had to do with his drug usage. RIH! Happy Holidays! Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come.
I respect the way you present the deaths on your channel.
My condolences go out to you and your family. You don’t have to be celebrity to be remembered
May they all rest in peace.
Ahhh Man!!!! The Kangol Kid!!! Gone way too soon. RIP 🙏 my brother. Roxanne Roxanne was my jam back in the day
Thank you Legacy for these obits.
RIP TO ALL THAT HAS PASSED ON FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END OF 2021.🌹🙏
Marvelettes could have been better than the supremes. Barry Gordy just didn’t give them the hits that they deserved.
Preach! Maurice white & earth wind & fire was off da chain too!
You may be right but they were offered "Where Did Our Love Go" and turned it down. The Supremes recorded it instead and the rest is history.
...Also Berry was not in a conjugal/ love relationship with either members of the Marvalettes. Mrs.Ross may have gotten first dibs on anything because of their close relationship. RIP my Love, "The Hunter Gets Captured by the Game ".

Oooh weee! The dirt always comes out.
@@kathrynmolesa1641 ..At some point or another, it Always does..😏😉 The ladies were Very Special artists and I feel they never fully got their due.
It is always sad to hear about those who have died!
4.36: R.I.P Henry Orenstein and thanks for creating Transformers. You was my childhood hero without realising it. I always wondered who had started it and now I know....thank you.

Life is short. Make the best of it and be good to others! May they all RIP.
I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT [ SALLY ANN HOWES ] HAS PASSED AWAY , SUCH A FANTASTIC ACTRESS IN CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG , I REALLY LOVED HER IN THIS FILM ,AND ALWAYS WILL FOREVER , BEAUTIFUL WOMAN . R I P [ SALLY ANN ] . LOVE YOU [ ROB ] .

Thank you. Happy Holidays everyone ☃️🎄❄️⛄️
Johnny Isakson! I went to his house a few times! (before he was senator!?) Worked on his HVAC systems 2 in the basement!? (Prob around 1998-2000!?) He lived in Roswell or Alpharetta!? I think off Johnson ferry or shallowford rd!?
Rest In Peace to all! Kangol kid!! Listened to their songs! “Burning bed” was a favorite!
R.I.P. wonderful people.
Sally Ann Howes. So talented. Thank you You have an amazing voice just as talented as Julia Rogers. We will miss you. I just watched chitty chitty
Just lost my youngest sister to cancer last week.RIP! Courtney "MeePee" Polite.
I'll always remember actress Sally Ann Howes from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang movie with Dick Van Dyke. I was a kid back then and even had a Chitty Chitty Bang Bang metal lunchbox in elementary school.
My condolences to the families who lost their loved ones this week. I do remember some of these people and I loved the movie chitty chitty bang bang. And who could forget the Please Mr. Postman song. It's so sad that many of these talented people died so young too.
Darn, LeBoner James didn't make this list either. 😕
Sending prayers and condolences to the deceased's family, friends, and fans. Thank you for sharing your gifts and talents with the world.
thank you
What about Demaryius Thomas of the Denver Broncos? He died Dec. 9. Maybe I missed one of your videos, but I hope, if you did miss him. You will fit him into the next one. He was a great, young man, a pr-bowler and a hall of famer!
They did him last week, I believe.
And yes he was a great player and person!
RIP DT. If there's a game going on in Heaven, you are scoring on that slant pattern. Gone Way too Soon.
Good stuff.
The Tall Chiefs are Oklahoma treasures.
Blessings always ☝🏼💯🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️💯
I loved UTFO. I'm an utterly sadden...My era...
Sally Ann Howes was also a game show contestant on I've Got A Secret. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is still my favorite movie from my childhood.
RIP Sweet Corey Haim.😪💙
What about Nicholas Georgiade (1933 - 2021)?
Rico passed on?!, one of my favorite of the Untouchables, RIP.

I remember him from "It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World."

Brian Lange you will ne missed.
I wish I could type.
Carl Sagan was my hero.
@@karenlbellmont6560 I remember taking Astronomy in college because of him. Went all over campus, looking for a tv so I could watch "Cosmos". No DVD sets back then, my boyfriend and I watched it in the French language lab after some students finished watching a "naughty" film. After that, our professor let us watch it in his lab off campus each week.
Your voice would be great 👍 to read books of any kind on line.
Amen my mom by all means was a star in are lives but nobody cares unless you are famous
As weak humans grief is also a killer. When Jesus saw the family of Lazerus was in so much pain from his death it struck Jesus profoundly ,it also brought the Son of Man , God , to tears before Jesus brought him back from death. Please read the Bible my friends.
RIP ... What ? .
People who once lived just like you ... Now are gone ... They're Livelihood too .
You Praised them while they lived on Earth ... Now no more ... They're wrapped in girth .
You see ... God breathed into us the Breath of Life ... Death is Not the end ... We have Eternity in sight .
Heaven or Hell will be your Forever home ...
Have you called upon Christ and made him your own ? .
Some will say : " I Don't Believe ! " ... The Devil replies : " Good ! " ... " Its you I Deceive ! " .
"Follow in their footsteps
and you'll be mine " ... " Burning without Mercy ... In ... but a short time " .
There is someone I know who can prevent all this ... He Conquered Sin , Death , the Grave ... And the Suffering Abyss .
Jesus Christ the Messiah ... The Son of God ... He is the Word made Flesh ... No one Higher ! .
Who shed his Blood to Save your Soul ... To Keep you from an Eternity in Deaths Dark Hold .
Know the Prince of Peace ... and You'll REST IN PEACE ... Experience a Love that will Never Never Cease ! .

"He died of Covid 19 at the age of 98." Of course he did. I am sure he was a bundle of good health otherwise. He looked like he was undead in his photo.
Neil, Ikr? A hangnail could of done him in.
Even though it’s true it is still a cruel comment from you both. Every life should be respected in death.
Just to let you know that Wanda Young WAS NOT a musician, she was only a singer...and a BACK UP singer at that.
And your point is? Stop putting others down. This says a lot about you as a person. You need some healing.
What about all the people's who get murder by the constant bombing of the united states military don't they deserve respect. Hypocrisy at it's best.
