With regards to creatine timing you are half right studies show that timing isn’t essential like you have stated however they have also shown you need to take it with a carb source that will spike an insulin release so that it can be absorbed and utilised by the body.

I used to take C4, but it would never work for me. What do you guys think I should take? I have never really felt the effects of any of the pre-workout 's that I took, even with 2-3 scoops just to see if I would feel anything.

if you weigh alot that can play a factor or if you take it 5 to 6 days a week for months, your body becomes almost immune to it and you stop feeling it. take a break from it and just workout without it for a few weeks then try again.

I'm 13 and 5'3 (I'm pretty short 😔) and I've been lifting for about a year and people always say that lifting will make me stop growing, I tried doing some research on it, but none of the websites I saw were completely sure on a yes or no answer. So my question is, does lifting stunt your growth? You look pretty tall, what are your thoughts?
Don't lift at 13, do calisthenics until youre 16. It wont directly atunt your growth, its zomething about your growth plates and stuff. That they arent protected and are still open until that age, making them easy to damage which can cause stunted growth and many problems when you are older. Its easy to get injured lifting weights as compared to body weight so, atm body weight is the way to go
You can lift. Just don't lift super heavy. It WILL stunt your growth. Also it's all about genetics. I started lifting heavy at 17 and I'm 21 now. I'm 6'2 tall.
+Jerry Pena it doesn´t stunt your growth. About 3 months ago i asked pretty much the same question because I am 15 and I was 1,71cm. Now, 3 months later i am 1,76-1,77cm so i doubt lifting stunts growth. (I really liftetd heavy) But maybe I was just lucky lol
+Thomas PL heavy is a relative term , to one its heavy but my step uncle lifts super heavy like 3 times his weight and he's short af and stayed short and his family is pretty tall. But idk man you seem to know more than me.

Trying to slim down and get muscular = cardio and 65% intensity in weights
Everything else is pure opinion and relies on your body and genetics. Basically, if you think you can handle it, you probably can.

It has L-carnitine, vitamins, and caffeine which is always good for a pre workout, but it has way too much sodium and Inositol, which increases skin cancer, so yeah, not the best choice but better than soda (also of course a lot of acid depending on the type of monster you get)

I use to spend over $300 a month on sup's for YEARS! After years of research I don't take them anymore. If man makes it, I don't want it! I get all the vitamins I need from eating clean.
I felt ok when I was on all that stuff, but I feel BETTER now than I am off.

anyone know if you increase the weight in push pull legs program for your main lifts each week or each excercise? or stick to percentages through the whole 4 weeks and then in the week inbetween the two four week cycles calculate your max's and then carry out the percentages from the new calculations for the next 4 weeks?
