Plasma you made an old man very happy today! I live in Australia and saw the Fabulous Babs sing that over 30 years ago in New York. Watching you perform was amazing and gave me hope that the younger generations have not forgotten the Icon Babs! Thank you from the bottom of my heart seeing on that tugboat passing lady liberty brought a tear to my eye it truly did.

@@oscorpio1365 I doubt it's the actual tugboat (That was a long time ago, I'd hope there have been some upgrades), but it does look incredibly similar, not to mention, they went right by the statue of liberty and got an incredibly similar shot as the original movie. Like, this was some commitment! It was amazing.

I was a gymnast in high school and college. You and your sisters should take up 'Pilates'. It was created by a male Hungarian gymnast just after the turn of the last century. It WILL preserve your mobility and flexibility, doing half an hour every morning, until the day you pass on. Guaranteed.
I'm now 61, and it has saved me so very much grief. Tell your friends.

Holy crap! As an old drag performer (67 shoot me now) I’d get down and bow to this queen if I thought I could get back up! Throughout the whole production I kept thinking, what an odd choice of colors for her outfit, the shape, muff, hat, flowers, were all accurate to the movie, but what an odd choice of color? Then at the end…OMFG she was the Statue of Liberty! Here’s to the new reigning queen! Long live the queen!

Kudos to everyone involved in "putting it together" - I am beyond impressed. And the visual payoff at the very end, changing Barbra's iconic dress from orange to "Liberty blue" was brilliant.

I enjoy her aqua outfit against the orange boat - a reverse of Barbara's orange outfit contrasted against an aqua boat. The reversal is striking, and of course Plasma looks like a mini Lady Liberty in seafoam.
