Meet the Team: Kristen McLaren (Kinesiologist at Westcoast SCI)

Kristen McLaren is a Kinesiologist at Westcoast SCI Physiotherapy in Port Coquitlam.
Kristen has always had a passion for the rehabilitation process, specifically how beneficial manual and physical therapy are, especially after having a couple injuries herself.
With the knowledge of how the body works, she is excited to develop individual programs to get her clients back to their daily activities and achieve their fitness goals through education on pain management, functional movements and detailed assessments.
