I lived in Virginia for 11 years and will possibly be moving back next year. But for some reason the state likes to pretend they don't get much snow. They are NEVER prepared for it. Never. Just because it's not Minnesota doesn't mean the state doesn't see snow. And lots of ice storms too. But barely any preparation for the few winter storms that blast the state each year. Snow was a thousand times more of an inconvenience in Virginia than when I lived in New England.

To be fair most states that don't see snow on a regular basis don't think they need to be prepared for it. Preparation costs money. I am glad that my state of PA takes snow seriously. If there is so much as a snow warning, the State of PA is already getting ready for it. We can look at what happened in Texas last year. That was a mass and people did lose their life as a result of it. It wasn't just the power, there were reports of water pipe busting from the cold in many places, including hospitals. Some places did have waters or water flooded their home from busted pipes Texas hardly get any snow, so they did NOT even bother to prepare for it and once the snow hit, that is the worst nightmare case scenario any state can have.

@@teax25 Yes and I can see that in states like NC/SC and Texas where places in the state can go years without getting snow. But VA is guaranteed 1-3 big storms each year. Guaranteed. It's coming. They need to prepare better. Any state that knows 1 big storm is coming should be prepared and in VA we always got several. Virginia may be the south in terms of location but it is the mid-Atlantic in terms of weather. But every winter it's the wide-eyed "Whoa! we didn't see this coming!" song and dance that cripples the state when snow comes. Pathetic. So many accidents and even deaths could easily be prevented. They certainly have the budget. Lots of high paying jobs rake in the tax dollars. This video is making me re-think going back. I may go a little further north where they have proper snow removal or further south where it's not an issue at all. I just need to GTFO of California this year, lol.

Reminds me of the Blizzard of January 2016 I was stuck on North bound I95 and had to get a hotel in Dumfries VA because the roads were just to snow packed. I was coming from the Cotton Bowl Classic in Dallas TX. Goood luck thank goodness I left for Huntsville Alabama that same year.

Covering the face with eyes is an obligation and not a Sunnah, and the evidence is that Aisha covered her face for Hajj when men taught her by the order of the Messenger. So does he remove the obligation, which is revealing the face in Hajj with a Sunnah, which we will not be punished for? The imposition is still imposed by another, and this is in all religions, and it does not prevent communication, because communication with a mind is not a face, as we communicate in an exam, so Ibn Hanbal is the correct.
