One of my theater friends posted that the Nannette special was one of the "most important comedy specials of all time" and people agreed with her. I then had a stroke because my eyes rolled in to the back of my head too far.
I love how Bert says the art of comedy is to make strangers laugh while having told the machine story for his old fans because they like it. He can be such a hypocrite sometimes that it’s funny undeliberately 😂
Watching Her Comedy Is the only way that man can feel what it’s like to have a period. It’s a lot of pain and you reflect on everything you hate because of the pain.
Joe tends to get very defensive when people criticize other comics. It's perfectly fine if that's how she wants to preform her act, but we are still allowed to think its not funny.
Dave is saving comedy. Someone couldn't just say "Hannah Gadsby isn't funny" so they could meet with Dave? It's a harmless demand, but gets right at the heart of being offended at jokes.
With comics like Hannah Gadsby, comedy isn't so much 'dead', its more just 'bad'. Bad things can still make a buck or two and are a natural part of the game that position themselves between good things.
It was only through Dave Chapelle that I found out Hannah Gadsby existed.
CZcams works it’s algorithm with perfect timing sometimes
I love how Dave Chapelle ripping on her was the best promotion she ever got.
I love how Ryan Long called his 2018 special Nanette 2. Classic.
Lmfao Dave Chappelle really have us out here looking up this lady 🤦🏾♀️

She’s the funniest comic in the business. Ask her, she’ll tell you.
Hannah Gadsby is the pinnacle of the "Damn, you got the whole squad laughing 😐😐😐" meme

Bert thinking that’s a good joke tells you all you need to know as Bert as a comic
