I am all about hand me downs and thrift store. Get this though. A family friend gave me her daughters hand me downs. There was a couple pair of jeans in there that fit me perfectly. I was so excited to find something that fit that I looked to purchase some more online. They were called "7 for all Mankind" the cheapest I saw was $60, then upwards of $200. I almost barfed..I will wait for more hand me downs, I have 5 children to support. Oh my gosh and the daughters only 14 so you know the parents are buying those jeans. I would pass out if my children asked for jeans that expensive until they are fully grown, even then I don't think I could bring myself to buy jeans that expensive.
There is nothing in this life that will make me pay 500 bux for jeans. No one loves designer jeans more than me, but no. All of my high end jeans I bought on sale for less than $100. I wait for major markdown sales. I will pay 500 or more for shoes, bags, coats, dresses but jeans? F no!!

I’m more into a bootcut fit, not so much the mom jeans straight leg look. My body shape just feels very unflattered in straight jeans- I have larger thighs though so having a little flare at the leg makes me feel more balanced

I am not sure exactly what "mom jeans" are supposed to be but the rip on the knees make them look like teenagers or younger women's jeans 🤷🏽♀️ They just don't look classy or elegant. For me I’m not a fan of them. But the last pair did look good on ya. I love wide leg and flare jeans and long length I hate seeing my socks when I sit. I remember the first time I bought a pair of jeans and spent 40.00 I thought I was going to die, now that’s a deal.
The first pair of jeans which were the most expensive would’ve looked better in black or a dark blue. The second pair compliment your shape very well while giving you a comfy laid back look (the front where the extra fabric sits is super cute in my opinion). Third pair is too straight takes away from your shape (but butt still looks good☺️). Levi’s very sexy! Although I wish they were a tad darker. I agree with everything you said about the the 59.95 still very cute💖 I’m not liking the shein after all the other quality jeans you tried on.. I’d just add a belt to the last pair!! Love it!!!

my favorite is natural to high waist and straight leg meaning the leg is the same width from the hip area all the way to the bottom. I find it weird that jeans are marketed as straight leg that get narrower toward the bottom. Some people would call my preference wide leg but I don't believe that is the same.
The pacsun jeans are great on you! Just shorten that “ultra high waist” a bit and the no boundaries jeans look good. Take that wash and length and put them on the pacsun jeans and it would be 👌
Nice one! I really need this as my Zara mom jeans broke down a few weeks back in the car. Good thing it was cold season already so I could keep the coat on until I paid for a new pair of straight loose Levi's (which a couple weeks after blew up everywhere as the new cool jeans for 2021). Granted it was a cheap Zara I got to check the trend out when it just became hot 3 years ago, I was surprised they lasted so long since it's one of the 2 pair of jeans I. Used to wear. I've been eyeing Agolde and I'm glad you covered the brand!
I love the Levi’s Wedgie, but not the straight cut like you tried on here. Wedgie style comes in different fits. My favorite is the Wedgie Icon fit. It’s the true mom jean/90’s jean. It has 99% cotton and 1% elastin.
This was a very informative video, and I know for sure I would NEVER spend even $100 for a pair of jeans. I love that nobody seems to be willing to say where those No Boundaries jeans come from - WALMART. My favorites are American Eagle (they have several different Mom styles, including my favorite Relaxed style), and the SO brand from Kohl's junior department. I have a thing about the zipper going all the way to my crotch (so no real extra space between the zipper and the inseam), so I am pretty picky about my jeans. I also have a couple thrifted Levi's from Goodwill (from the men's department) that are nice, too - you have to find the Levi's style that works best for you, so it can be a real search!
I liked all the ones you said you liked towards the end of the video. I would include the Levi one too. Me personally, I do not like mom jeans, but they did look great one you.

I like America eagle jeans! They are the only ones that fit my square figure. Either the low waist one or the high rise ones. Average around $50 a pair
sorry to say this but for me I'm not into mom jeans mom jeans were the normal jeans back in the when I was in junior high high school late 80's and early 90's and for me I'd go up a size in the jeans they just looked to tight especially in the rear end but that just my preference I like boot cut jeans would love some wide leg jeans but can't find any I use to have a pair from old navy they were wide leg loved them but sadly I lost weight and had to get rid of them
You seem to have an issue with your rise. If you have a smile in the rise, they are either not long enough in the rise or too tight or both. Is it longer than average? In general, I would recommend sizing up a size. LOL This may be a ME issue. How tall is Milabu? Anyone know?
