Being a person who worked I the industry for over 15 years, I am severely uneasy with stories of trainers or companies (depending on who authorized this activity) using trianees in a team driving capacity. When I learned how to drive, all of my trainers worked the same schedule that I worked. If I was asleep, so was my trainer. If I were driving, my trainer was in the passenger seat.

My trainer and I was the only one on the truck. He slept in the truck, I stayed in a hotel. I stayed in the truck maybe 2 times just to see what it's like to sleep in a truck. Learn alot, but you Learn from driving everyday. Thank you for the video.

I’m very introverted like you and I honestly can’t imagine being stuck on a truck with a stranger for a month or longer. Not sure how I’ll get through it.

Hey Niesha good information once again... Question? What is bending the feairal?? I never heard that before.. I also do blind back parking when needed.. but I never heard that term.. Can you explain it?? I don't drive sleepers alot usually just day cabs.. so maybe that's why I never heard it..

Hi Niesha. Could you please make a video about the most stressful parts of your job? I have a hard time managing stressful situations sometimes. How stressful is it to be a trucker?
There will be times in trucking when it’s very stressful. I get the most stressed in heavy traffic situations. But, as time passes you will get more confident and the stress is less and less.

I've been thru these exact situations- at most jobs, long story short some ladies have serious insecurities/ jealous based off nothing you did to them. I'm talking about peaking around corner stating someone was whispering about them etc. Glad you got thru all the negativities look fwd to trucking school and orientation.
