I keep hearing 2 stories. 1. The US needed steel for munitions productions so any 1943 penny that sticks to a magnet is very valuable. 2. The US needed copper so that any 1943 penny that doesn't stick to a magnet is very valuable. Who's right?.
In 2002 I was at a "yard sale" I saw a burlap bag it's never been opened since 1944 the guys grandfather was the manager of a bank in San Francisco the burlap bag filled with wrapped up pennies weighs about 250 lbs..On the front of it had a Black stamp on the front 1944-S..At the top of the burlap bag it has a steel ring you would have to break it with bolt cutters in order to open up the bag he said they are all still wrapped up never opened penny's..Got that plus he also had Morgan Dollars Dated =1900-S and they came in a container's like you would buy a dozen eggs with a slot on the bottom to keep the coins upright..They were uncirculated and never touched..I purchased some containers of Morgan dollars and the 1944's- pennies never opened them up yet..One day I will..This guy after his yard sale he decided to open up a store he had that much stuff. On Ebay I just saw a uncirculated mint condition 1944's penny I believe it was going from $7 Dollar's to $500 Dollars "each" "for one penny"..Could be more or less cool find..The 1900-S Morgan Dollar uncirculated I just saw one on eBay for $688 Dollars..Been sitting for 21 Year's now.💰$375,000🤣 I'll sell the whole 250lb.Bag..🤣
I have the 1944 I just found two days ago without the mint mark which makes it a San Francisco mint mark right which has been sold for millions of dollars how can I get my penny graded so I can see what it's worth and that way I can sell it auction it up ?
I want to know what you think about a penny that looks like it's run over by a truck with steel wheels on it. But it has some of the lettering like liberty and they are scattered around and not where they should be and the reverse is the same way. I had one not in near the condition as this one but one guy sent me a text and said it was damaged and another guy bought it for 350.00 dollars and didn't say what he thought so what do you think about that? Can I send you a picture
I have a 1943 steel penny that looks like a typo in the word God. I also have a copper penny that weighs 3.11g and does not stick to a magnet. The date is worn but looks like 1943d. Any help plz
They are not worth much people are trying to beef up the American dollar the truth is the dollar isn't worth the paper it's printed on.their is no gold to back American currency.
Got a few 43’s and 2 dozen 1944’s… no authentication 😢. But they are listed on eBay still… goin on for about 2yrs now. Only one hit about 11 months ago but they were not serious…
I HAVE SEVERAL SETS OF ALL THE 1944,SOME LOOK NEW SHINNY, SOME ARE RED, SOME ARE BLACK, HAVE NO MINT MARK, S, P, D, MINT MARK, GEEZ. HOW DO I SALE THEM FOR THE PRICE YOU HAVE ON YOUR SITE??? 😔
1944 is a common date and not worth much. If you were paying attention the 1944 accidentally struck on a steel planchet from 1943 are rare and worth a lot of money. As there are only a handful of these, I seriously doubt that you found one in change.
I have one and I would love to make a deal on it and as a matter of fact, I have 2 of them.. My grandfather owned a business and he saved these old coins because he knew that I collected old coins.. I have a lot of old coins from wheat pennies, old nickels, quarter's and old coins from different countries as well... I don't know anyone who buys, grades old coins but would love to find someone that does
Let them auction battle for it. It's supple and Demand. Wait them out, even the ones that say ,,,,,I'm just here to help you,,,,,I'm just here to guide, I'm just here to do you a favor. ..... Careful and be easy laid back ,relax..... Amen. To and for you. May your work revel your fruit . And when said and done, pray you are satisfied, not still hungry ,😮 🤔😉

Kindly make it one direct detailed description what COIN is valuable for us to look for that we could sell [not the one that we cannot sell? I am too old and I get confused lots of time. / Big D, I like your Channel because you are honest.
Good comment. A summary (after the statistical details) would help someone new to the subject. Reviewed several times, seeking some form of overview statement. Otherwise, still left wondering so which ones most valuable.
Great video explaining to worldwide publishers and publicity and public relations understanding rare commodity of coins . How many professional authenticators do you think there are in United Kingdom of coins do you think they are honest and respectable professionals who would take a candy of a baby and an old man suffering from Alzheimer's traumatised by private institutional criminals of London lol
That's very nice to KNOW. Thank you.✌️😉👍
