- Planted aquarium tutorial for easy Dutch aquascape. Beautiful colorful freshwater plants and planted them like Dutch aquascape style. I can't say I am a fan of filming planted aquarium tutorials but this one was so enjoyable for me :) I would like to say this is a planted aquarium for the beginners but it is not. There are some advanced plants and equipment in this planted aquarium setup. But I am still hoping this will help some people who want to create colorful planted aquarium or Dutch aquascape (style).

Hello, absolutely amazing video. Do you replenish the planta gainer caps every few months or so, and is this why you use the orange fertilizer as opposed to the green one ?
No replenishment! Why not I shouldn’t use orange? Last 10 years I’m just using orange almost all of my aquariums ( Sometimes green too) And you can see the results on my videos!

Some people recommend using lava rock as a bottom layer. Is there a reason you dont do that?
What size is the tank
Hello, I am still at the very beginning of the planning phase. Your aquascapes are stunning so I would have some questions about your water parameters. What water values are you aiming for your Dutch Style aquascape? Po4, NO3, K, FE, KH, GH, PH. I fear that my Tap water will be too hard so that I will use an osmosis system.

@@Tropictank Not even about the water hardness? Unfortunately I only have hard water with 16Ghd and 10 KH. Now i considering whether I should use an osmosis system make the water harder with mineral salt. 🤔
Unfortunately never checked those parameters sometimes I check pH and tds for my high grade shrimp breathing tanks that’s all
