    Great info. Quick question. Long time body builder on the first phase of l4/l5 disk bulge rexovery. Any and all leg training causes low back irritation, so i stopped training legs for now. Upper body feels good, but minor tightness and discomfort occurs. Should i cease all training for 2-3 weeks to allow my pain dissipate before slowly adding stuff back in? (Pain is about a 7 when bending over forward). Thanks!

    I found out from MRI's that I have cervical and lumbar disc degeneration, bulging disc, bone spurs, osteoarthritis in my lower back and stenosis in my neck. Is it beneficial to do farmers walks or suitcase carries with light weight? I feel like I'm going in circles trying to find exercises I can do and feel too limited, any recommendations and advice would be appreciated thanks God bless...

      First determine what your unique neutral spine position is and learn to hold that with correct alignment of your spine and all of your core muscle contraction weaknesses and inhibitions properly activated. Then slowly build up using loads that do not aggravate your conditions, tailoring the exercises to challenge your directions of instability so your spinal stability is progressively strengthened in these specific planes of motion and daily /sport activities. Build a routine that addresses your specific needs !
