Hello doc, i have cervical spondylitis. I am 26 years old. After completing my medications course and doing normal neck exercises. I have started weight training at gym. I just wanted to know what exercise to avoid and what to include most. I have checked your website it shows an ebook for Spondylolithesis…but its different from spondylitis right? Please could you reply back

This will depend on the cause of your inflammation in the first place and if it was related to faulty body mechanics and spine stability conditioning levels. You will need to check with your own doctor for these answers and then I would be better able to answer your question.
