  • Yeah, it's pretty slow, but it's still enough to make your friends with 8x the horsepower feel bad.

    As for being slow I will say that the more you ride this bike the faster you will become....Its a lot more fun to ride a slow bike fast than a fast bike slow. Also this bike has a lot of pep and mid-range punch.

    • @PedoBear1811

      Regarding to the wrong statement of a driving a slow bike fast than a fast bike slow being more fun. It heavily depends on the bike. There are other bikes then sport bikes you know. Expand your horizons and learn there is more then 600+ cc 4 cylinder sport bikes.

    • @ZeginMakesMusic

      @@ZeginMakesMusic What kind of ignorant statement is that? Do you only drive track? Then sure, but if you actually use your bike on city traffic and you don't slow as well, then you should not have your license as you are a danger on the road.

  • @calcrappie8507

    Carve corners as good or better than most sport bikes. It is what it is. A fun, light platform that's great on secondary roads and for in town street. Who wants to lay on a one trick pony sport bike when you can do multi-role duty in comfort. This bike is a smaller displacement all-arounder. Perfectly fine on most dirt roads too. Put on your backpack and go explore.

    Nice review. Yeah, getting rid of that rear license plate holder is a good call. I have a 2009 version of this bike in Thailand called "DTrackerX"---excellent handling bike, amazing! 250cc. If your odometer/dash begin to fade, there's no repair other than to replace.

    I'd love a version of this with tubeless tires (either spoke or mag wheels), a lower seat height (maybe 31", like an xt250), and a 4+ gallon tank. It would be the best solo multi-purpose bike for small riders!

    • @nathanbaeyens2856
      @nathanbaeyens2856  Před 2 lety +1

      I made my tires tubeless with a piece of 3m sealing tape and a valve stem.the seat height is fine because of how narrow and light the bike is (I have a 28 inch inseam). I have a bike with a 31 inch seat height and this is was easier to handle. The tank is quite small. though, but it's not made to be long range.
