1:54 Atatürk wasn't Greek he was only born there, Turkish citizens used to live in nowaday's greek too, before. In the sources, we see the lineage of Zübeyde Hanım(Atatürk's mother), going back 3 generations, is included in the documents in the form of Zubaydah, the daughter of Feyzullah, the son of Ibrahim. In the documents, we see that Zübeyde Hanım's mother Ayşe Hanım and Ayşe Hanım's mother Emine Hanım used the title mullah. Therefore, with these adjectives, we can understand that Zübeyde Hanım was one of the deep-rooted Muslim families of Thessaloniki in the last 1 century. Same as his father. He was Turkish.
Atatürk was a Turkish nationalist who defended the idea of Turan. He believed in Tengri. Ataturk's revolutions were to save Turkish culture from the influence of Islamic Arab-Persian culture. The Turkish language institution established the Turkish Historical Society for this purpose. The transition to the Latin alphabet was to integrate with the Central Asian Turkish nations after the 1928 Baku Congress. The reason why women were given the right to vote before the rest of the world was because women were important in Turkish culture. He may have blue eyes, but this does not change the fact that he is the last Turkish Basbug.
