Looks amazing!! Although you should swap the turn signal bulbs to a canbus led bulb. I did that on my 135i and it looks soo much better and pronounced when flashing.

looks baller! i'm normally against putting M bumpers on non M cars but the 1 series just looks so much better with the bigger scoops and less bloated. The motor in the 1m is just a lightly breathed on 135i engine so the heart is the same anyways.

I will miss the OEM lights, they have their place for sure. But I was ready to take this car to the next level and I think these headlights give it that aggressive edge.

I agree, the front end looks fantastic but the lights don’t quite match the curvy style of the bumper, they seem more suited for modern BMWs. All and all it looks great!

Hello all, I need help getting my “2013” 135i headlights to look just like these, or at least have the stock halos WHITE, instead of the dull yellow regular light bulb look. Any help would be great, I have no idea where to get the parts to DIY these halos, or who to send them to.

They were custom modified interior LEDs.

I too do NOT like the different levels of light on the inter and outer halos. There is only one bulb for both. The outer halo has fiber optics form the inter halo bulb that "light" it. Are you getting any codes from them?
That always bothered my OCD tendancies. I did have to code out the bulb error from lack of OEM halos/bulbs, but that was easy with BimmerGeeks ProTools.

A lot of the links aren't working for me. Anyone know where I can get that turn signal overlay? I hate the Amber plastic, is the black just dark tint that he put inside the headlight? Pretty sure some of the euro cars just had clear plastic on the sides so maybe I could just find those
I'm not sure where the PO got the amber overlay. It is on the inside of the headlight though. And yes, the Euro cars came with clear corners. A great look if you get those!

Great stuff! .. Modding my 135i and looking at a headlight upgrade -- do these work with the "adaptive" system that turns the lights? .. I've been warned that any non-OEM lights will throw a code constantly. Is yours throwing a headlight code, or does it work well? thx for the videos!!
Yes, these work with the adaptive headlights. My lights still turn and function normally. However, I do get an error for the angel eye bulbs being burnt out, since they have been replaced completely with the LED angel eye rings.
Was that a whole headlamp assembly, or you purchased just the angle eye and instaythem in another headlamps you already had?? IMO, I prefer the E9x set (rounded on the sides, flat on the bottom), but like I had said before, car is yours. Now, with your turbo set-up, I would love to see a headlamp with a hole for an air intake where the inside lamp is, kind of like the Hellcat/Demon!! That will really looks aggressive!!
I bought them preassembled from someone who already modified them. But after seeing them, I think I would feel comfortable modding my own headlights in the future. I know the halo ring style isn't for everyone but I like it. Maybe one day I'll cut apart a broken headlight to make an air duct like you said!

Not sure about the bumper Jake, as I said it some previous video. I think it makes the car look squished, can't really explain. That style only suits a wide body e82, I know you understand me. Also have friends running that bumper on their e82/87 and they say it is much lower that stock, they're bottoming out very easily. Keep in mind that this is in Portuguese roads :)

Surprised you went with the fog light version. Would look more aggressive with the vents.
I hate the way the air duct version looks, just personal preference. I kept the ducts going to the oil cooler behind the foglight grille.
Did you take the orange off your new headlights?
They have a black cover over the orange part of the lens.
