- Another Tetris game completed xD
In this case, a really fun Naomi game, Sega Tetris.
This is the second time I clear the game (make 300 lines) and survive the Level 17. The first time I didn't record it.
By the way, the first time I really didn't expect that sudden speed increase just for clearing a line at Level 16 xD
Those who often watch my videos know that I tend to make a lot of tetrises, but Sega Tetris has kinda different rotation rules, I mean, less flexible wallkicks, so that's why I didn't make a lot of them, since if you make a mistake in Sega Tetris at high speeds, it's really hard to fix xD
To watch it at 60fps: use Chrome and activate the HTML5 player (here: czcams.com/users/html5?hl=es-419) in case you didn't activate it already, and then load the video and select 720p60 HD.

En este caso, un juego de Naomi bastante divertido, Sega Tetris.
Esta es la segunda vez que completo el juego (hacer 300 líneas) y sobrevivir al Nivel 17. La primera vez no lo grabé.
Por cierto, la primera vez me tomó por sorpresa ese repentino aumento de velocidad por hacer una simple línea en el Nivel 16 xD
Aquellos que suelen ver mis videos saben que tiendo a hacer muchos tétrises, pero Sega Tetris tiene unas reglas de rotación un poco distintas, quiero decir, wallkicks menos flexibles, por eso no hice muchos tétrises, ya que si cometes un error en Sega Tetris a velocidades altas, es muy difícil corregirlo xD
Para verlo a 60fps: usar Chrome y activar el reproductor HTML5 (aquí: czcams.com/users/html5?hl=es-419) en caso de que no lo hayan activado ya, y luego carguen el video y elijan 720p60 HD. - Hry
I love the little detail that on the slot machine each image represents each line clear.
Strawberry: 1 line, it's a single fruit
Cherry: 2 lines, it's always in pairs
Bananas: 3 lines, bunches have 3 bananas on each
Crown: TETRIS: 4 lines, the crown has 4 pretensions on it
That's both adorable and creative as shit

When you score 1 line on THE MOON, you enter stage 17: RUSH MODE. You go through ALL the locations in 3 minutes and 20 seconds, to be greeted with the credits after Trip.

I found somewhere music rips of the game (Specifically the NAOMI version of this game), and I plan to convert them to MP3 and upload them in CZcams to share the soundtrack, since like with most NAOMI games, the music isn't really found anywhere since of the lack of sound test, interest or obscurity of the game, or trying to bother to find out how to record the music without any sounds playing (Though that isn't really possible, and results could vary), but anyways as I have here the music rips...
Oh, and thanks for the video! You are pretty skilled in Tetris, and I'm using this video to identify which music goes in what place.

To get the Special Bonus, you'll have to complete the game without ever using clockwise rotate button. Rotating the piece 3 times in CCW direction does the exact same thing. Original Sega System 16 version *didn't* had clockwise rotation available.
Ah this and the Next Tetris are the BEST Tetris games in the late 90s hands down.

This was played on "MakaronEX v4.1 NewGen" and using SegaTetris.bin (Makaron rom, not Mame rom).

They are using these colors because
1) Sega own those colors and they don't want to get sued for having too many characteristics/similarities
to an already existing tetris game (that Sega didn't make).
2) Sega doesn't want to shock or surprise players who were acustomed to previous installments of Sega Tetris
by changing a fundamental, technical aspect of the gameplay to throw the player(s) off their jam
3) or the reason may just be that it's just cosmetic or "tradition"
Same reasons apply to the Sega's Rotation System and Next Tetronimo Generator.
