Thank you again Jim for being the most patient person alive! I think it would help if the female (Marjorie?) would stop interrupting... I do understand it's a personality thing for her and I relate because I had a similar issue myself until someone, very kindly, pointed it out to me years ago. I say this with kindness, not judgement.
Also, I wanted to say that as symptomatic anxiety took hold of me six months ago, I realized that not only have I had "level green anxiety" nearly every day of my 54 years, but that I've been symptomatic "level yellow" for years, believing, that I had chronic aches and pains, aging, etc. I believe in the method Anxiety Center uses fully and recommend as often as I'm able. While I see people still rejecting that Anxiety is fully recoverable, I realize that the medical and psychological community have done such a poor job of diagnosing, that it's no wonder anxiety and depression have become an "illness" and not a fully treatable condition based on habit loops through the process of reward based outcomes vs Flight or Fight.
I humbly offer the participants and listeners some personal habits that I've learned work:
Retrain your mind to see the reward outcome of calm, relaxing behavior in rejecting large emotional reactions until a time at which you can cope. This gets easier with Meditation
Don't go down the rabbit hole of believing that set backs are failures. Accept the process.
Always stay busy. This can be simply reading but not screens unless its an informative show, a show featuring ppl gaining reward through knowledge or experience or light comedies.
    And last..
As Stacey has said ( I loved this and felt tremendous hope in hearing it)
"Look for those breaks in the clouds" I do! And I remember my FULL self when they happen, leading me to good, solid places.

Hi good video jim.how much of your wife's pain anxiety or TMS.has she had any relief on sensitisation and how do you tell if it's hyperstimulstion though for me nothing shown on MRI constant muscle tension keeps you stressed what is your success rates for pain

Stress, including anxiety-caused stress, can cause pain. Reducing stress and practicing your recovery strategies can alleviate it in time. Many people have eliminated their stress-caused pain through recovery practice. However, it's important to determine if the pain is caused solely by stress or by another physical reason. Even so, reducing stress can also reduce pain caused by structural reasons.

We work with clients from around the world, including Guyana. Our recommended therapists meet virtually (web cam video, audio, etc.) as long as you have good internet. They also use phone where the Internet isn't as reliable.
