Empanada, SIMPOL!

One way you can make use of your left over ground meat recipes is by re-using it as a based ingredient for another delicious recipe like this! Far from the popular empanada of the North, here’s a #simpol version you can make at home! Try making it with your kids, surely they will enjoy it!
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 ½ teaspoons fine salt
Set B:
4 tablespoons canola oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Set C:
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons water

What a delightful man! I stumbled on this video and was mesmerized by Chef's language pattern. His accent threw me for a couple of minutes. His English accent has a Mexican element to it and I thought I heard some Spanish words in there. Then I realized he is from The Philippines. I love how he gives instructions in two languages with such smooth fluidity. Not sure I would make this with raisins, but the recipe looks delicious and watching Chef was delightful.
