Grateful I watched your video about empanada. I do cooking empanada pero pang masa Lang po na taste at price P20 Sa reseller ko. Ako Lang din po Kasi nagluluto. Ang fillings po is chicken at patatas po with minatamis na pineapple at so far ok ung taste nya at lagi nilang hanap po. True po ung more orders at sales may Kita.
Kaya market din ung wish ko para ung goal ko din Sana na Kita is maabot ko at makatulong din Sa iba .

I am also make my empanadas and I learned some new techniques how to knead the dough. I used also the plastic molder that I have . I’m not satisfied using it so I preferred using my fingers in sealing. Thanks for sharing.

how many minutes is the 2nd chilling of dough? I'm following now your empanada recipe steps by steps,i prepared 2 cups APF & the gw is 371 grams so my out put for 50 grms is 7 pcs & 1 pc 23 grms,i have left over meat mixture for the next batch ❤
