Today I’ll show you shredded salt baked chicken. You could make some more and keep it in the refrigerator. Then you could enjoy it at anytime. Stay safe!
手撕鹽焗雞 Shredded Salt Baked Chicken
材料Ingredients：
雞腿 2隻 Chicken thigh 2pcs
青瓜 1條 Cucumber 1pc
薑片 3片 Sliced ginger 3pcs
蔥 1小段 Scallion appropriate
鹽 1茶匙 Salt 1tsp
紹興酒 1湯匙 Shaoxing Chinese wine 1tbsp
調味料Seasoning：
鹽焗雞粉 2湯匙 Spicy bake mix 2tbsp
芝麻油 1湯匙 Sesame oil 1tbsp
花生油 2茶匙 Cooking oil 2tsp
熟芝麻 適量 Fried sesame appropriate
